To do this project correctly all that foul water should be pumped out and tanked to a water treatment facility and then disposed of. When the water is gone an excavator should be brought in to remove all the saturated sludge, this too should be tankered away to a treatment plant, treated and disposed of. Only then should the hole be back filled. In other videos they are flattening brush and trees which will rot and cause sink holes in the future. this method sends the water and sludge in all directions to contaminate good earth and also provide soft spots for years. But in a banana republic I guess it doesnt matter.

I note your comment about banana republic, but in England the privatised water industry is permitted to discharge raw sewage into rivers, I forget the quantities but believe it is millions of litres

@@robertmartin3383 There is a significant difference between human waste and Toxic waste. Human waste given access to unlimited oxygen will breakdown into harmless elements relatively quickly. This water here is probably mostly waste chemicals and carelessly discharged harmful substances like engine oil, paints etc which are just dumped because of lack of education about it. These substances often are so harmful and stay harmful for thousands of years. You refer to human waste being discharged into our rivers. There are trillions of organisms that consume human waste and render it harmless quite quickly. Granted its not nice to swim in it but as long as its diluted and has access to oxygen it disapears quickly.
The big stink in the 19c from the river thames was caused by the river being overwhelmed by sewage, but it recovered where as many chemical effects are permanent.
