Rais Tribute

I like characters like Rais. But despite the fact that I like Rais, he has a lot of problems. In the plot, he is revealed as a cruel and insane sadist who can kill anyone without a twinge of conscience. It seems to me that he really lacks a little drama or more interesting thoughts (so that he can at least compare with Vaas). His story with his brother is not very revealed. But despite all his problems, I still like this character.

Я конечно не успел поиграть в первую часть но зато успел во вторую. Во второй сложно понять кто злодей
