Nah, you speaking facts. What I think is interesting is nobody talking about Jeezy (if he sent them dudes) did what people rap about all day and moved how bosses do but he’s being painted like a bad guy now. Which is contradicting rap culture lol. Both sides have good reason to feel how they feel.

Charlamagne asked jeezy the best question in have u ever put yourself in Gucci shoes on how he feel and I can’t blame Gucci how would you feel towards somebody that tried to have you killed he most likely got ptsd behind it and never got help and just holding it in for years I’m just happy it didn’t get worse than what happened
How did Jeezy answer ?
Fr true that's why jeezy fake. Gucci came in the game hood but didnt start with nobody. Jeezy started all this over jealousy about a song and was runnin around the cthagod question . Look at every artist beside hoegotti which is another RAPPER gucci help their career so icy was jeezy first hit ever ! . But look alll the artist that came under gucci umbrella from jeezy hogotti nicki waka oj ythug peewee migos 21savage metro mikewill the list goes on even the new young era hiphop rappers confirms gucci was their favorite rapper and never had nothin bad say just that gucci work ethic is what made them better. It's times like this when I really hate the internet. All these people online clowning Jeezy calling him soft only because they wanted violence and ignorance. Jeezy could have responded to "Truth" with "Stay Strapped" and then that would have made this whole thing useless. We've seen them go back and forth and be children. This was a time to show growth and grow up for the future generations to see. It's already been reported that Gucci said he regretted what he did. Y'all need to stop trying to create more violence. It doesn't take a "real man" to shoot guns and kill people. Anyone can do that. We see literal kids on the news everyday doing it. Jeezy saluted Gucci and Gucci immediately saluted him back with no hesitation at the end. They probably won't ever be friends or buddy buddy but they left in a good space. I don't like how everyone is painting the picture as if Gucci is really from the streets and Jeezy is just an artist protected by the streets. I'm assuming y'all don't know who Mojo is and haven't heard what he has said about Gucci (which is weird because if you are a Gucci fan you should know who Mojo is)
Drop those jewels on the people then , i see you

I don't even understand when he was saying the optic would be different basically if BMF was around Jeezy in the Battle. The camera didn't show who actually was around Jeezy. with the camera angle in the vs battle cut his section out of the camera view almost purposefully.

The only breakdown of Jeezy ⛄ VERZUZ Gucci Mane 🍦 is that their feud is now over. It was intense to watch because you don't know what to expect and Gucci Mane came with that energy to let Jeezy know it's not a thing that he can easily get over despite it being years ago. However it does show that two grown men can settle their differences. Plus the lesson is that parents need to teach their children from an early age about how to deal with their emotions and problems effectively to produce the results you want and need without fatal consequences to self or others. So when they become adults they know how to handle conflicts...true or correct?

Round 1 is a very old song. Gucci left off a lot of hits because he went for the diss songs. Side note: the “Standing Ovation” vs “I Think I Love Her” round is not as cut and dry as y’all make it out to be. Y’all would have to be around to understand what that song did when it dropped and how the women would go ape shit when Ester Dean’s verse came on.

Who else skips 15 seconds ahead to not hear the intro? 🙋🏽♂️
I do but not because this intro is specifically bad. I have heard it before and don’t need to hear it again. Same with intros on all videos.
I don’t like the intro .. I like the precious start before
It was really nice to see them both doing So Icy together. I'm from Atlanta, my first getting to know them was through Black Tee and So Icy...
Now yall cant pick a winner..the bias is obvious
@Bryan-Michael Dungee so why cant they listen to the songs and choose which one they like better?
@Bryan-Michael Dungee in that case it was a bad matchup..I thought these battles were about who had better hits..to be fair, Gucci had a bunch of commercial songs that he chose not play (same for jeezy)..I'm going to go back and see how they judged the Beenie Man vs Bounty Killa battle because I'm sure they didnt know alot of those songs either
Right. These niggas do not know 1 Gucci song
He said his outfit cost 10k because
Thts how much jeezy said 10k for his chain
Jeezy had a month to get ready. Guwop had 4 days
How long does it takes to pick your own songs?
It doesn’t matter. Jeezy has a better catalog.
@@EvybdyhatesJuJuj ima Gucci fan but facts lmao i could’ve did this in half a day
And he looked damn good in shape all the way and the standing meant ......yup bitch I do ya
“We smokin on pookie loc tnight” and “put that nigga in the dirt!!” Put gucci over the top. Man that made the whole versus hit different
Y’all shouldn’t even judge this y’all don’t even understand the “history” between these two
I think everybody who was alive and coherent in 05 should be able to speak on this. I’m from Detroit and I know the ends and out. This shit was big.
Fact
I'm still trying to figure it out. I'm not from the streets and I was like 11 yrs old when all of this was going on.
If u wasnt in Atl Ga or the Metro ATL area. You are going to be clueless of what went down. You wouldve had to had been there to fully understand
You’re typing to instead of two. You shouldn’t be commenting with those errors
The funniest part of the battle was watching Jeezy trying NOT to bop and awkwardly try to play it off every time he started bopping during Gucci - I’ma Dawg. Jeezy undercover LOVED that record.
I said the same thing every song jeezy taps his foot to Gucci shit 😂
that's how women act when they hear that song too
Gucci the goat 🐐
If it ever comes to a point where Jeezy and Gucci make an album together, the internet would spontaneously combust...🔥🔥🔥🔥
The culture & hip hop as a whole won we all won it was epic double GOAT 🐐 stats 💯
"Macon? You from Macon?" I'm from Macon and it's not part of Atlanta. 😂
🤣🤣🤣
@@aj_lyfe6263 Warner Robins AFB , Miss GA
@@aj_lyfe6263 gucci from bama too
where is new smyrna?
@@D-money813 Smyrna is Cobb County. North Atlanta. Very white area lol
For anyone who understood the story behiNd Gucci and Jeezy... Gucci was the natural winner. Music didn’t matter.
That part
How does music not matter in a music versus battle 🤷🏾♂️
Nigga it was a MUSIC battle he LOST lmaooo BADLY at that!!All that other shit he had 15 years in the same city to handle and he didn't miss me with that
Gucci lost bra
Gucci didn’t lose shit u niggas jus stunting everytime y’all felt like jeezy was coming hard Gucci came even harder! Go rewatch the shit
People don't understand how real this was. After it was done then the afterparty Gucci's car had security walking beside on both sides...same with his crew. They were NOT taking any chances and I doubt Gucci ever gonna fuck with Jeezy
Black Panther facts he not gone fuck wit dude
Sounds like y’all don’t know the history either thinking round 1 was a new song I’m guessing y’all never heard stay strapped either
You really think they know half the songs Gucci played. There’s a reason they didn’t bother going through the other half of the rounds...
They mentioned stay strapped...
Get em jeezyyyy. I got emmmm. Get em jeezyyyy I got emmmm.
Side note: 2Chainz vs Ross should’ve been T.I vs Ross. I don’t see Kanye or Drake doing a versus so Wayne would be the only suitable opponent for Tip
☆Dude is WILDIN Gucci definitely won Round 1 🥶☆
Y'all don't Gucci music. That first song was a mixtape song
Song old as shit
NICK SIMON and Gucci was complaining Jeezy shit was old naw Jeezy slaps is timeless
like they said, jeezy hit new york harder than gucci did. they'd never say gucci won
Exactly!
jarl-caysen Gucci too Atlanta is what boosie is to Louisiana he’s the god of that state musically but even more so as a man but Jeezy’s music stretched further than just Atlanta his movement was felt internationally but I understand why Gucci supporters want a recount 😂
I am so bummed we won't ever hear another Joe budden diss track. His drake disses are so underrated
How did. They not talk about how Jeezy came back after truth played, that was the biggest moment of the night! The speech how he came in and the DJ dropped it perfect
most people wrote him off when truth played and didn't even try to hear the speech
Weird how many ppl were only looking for bullets.
That speech was weak..he the same dude who sent the killer..he trying play victim
Shit was a tie for me and I’m a big fan of them both. I feel like they both was going track for track. I think if they would’ve changed the order it would’ve changed some perspectives.
Yeah I called a draw as well because they both have an equal amount of hits and popularity 🏌🏿♂️🏌🏿♂️🏌🏿♂️
Crazy! Jeezy killed him
Tie ?
🤣Jeezy killed Gucci
That battle was like Wrestlemania in a football Super Bowl game.
After watching the playback.....I think the verzuz was "lowkey" STAGED!! Especially when you watch the end with So Icy...even the Djs was vibing with each other..peep game
The event was waaaaay too polished and well put together to not have been staged... They got paid to perform at the end of the night and then hit the afterparty together...
Well put together.
It's entertainment. It's ALL staged. 🤦🏾♂️
I wanted to believe that...but one thing kept unsettling that thought: the fact that those 2 had not been in a room together for 15 years. Being both Atlanta artists
This breakdown is everything. Everyone else just glazed over their reviews
Jeezy could have played 20 different songs and still won. He didn't play I Luv It, All We Do, Bury Me A G, Dreamin, Magic City Monday, Tear It Up, R.I.P......Sooooo many hits were left on the table. And that's not to mention features.
So could've Gucci he wouldn't have won but if he wanted to take it serious he could've
Ima dog hit hard af for me Gucci hood classics are not far off from jeezy hit records to me
Gucci is a cult legend in the A
Facts
Nah he’s no where near the artist jeezy is musically
Only bums in them days think gucci sht are classics.
@@thomasanderson468 your opinion. I like them both. Guwop definitely got lots of classics.
