It's more mockery than kind, the most beloved princess who is beloved by all and the most hated princess who is hated by all. Marianne even told her to stop, but Alyssa never did, which fueled Marianne's hatred and envy towards her. And I do not blame Alyssa for wanting to love and treat Marianne with fairness but she should've known both boundaries and patients were the key that would've made a better relationship. But inviting Marianne to parties with the other siblings and pushing for them to love her as well made everything much worse and her naivety to not talk to her siblings to treat Marianne better led to her death as well. And it's simple, in Mariannes position and in the royal family, she was dirt or piss in a rats trap, left to fend for herself deal with the mistreatment by others in mockery, rumors of abuse with a beloved sister wanting to play goodie goodie house play with family. It pissed her off to no end to the point Marianne still wanted her to suffer in her second life.
