Israel allows trucks from newly reopened Erez crossing into Gaza after US pressure | The World

In the Middle East, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has met with Israel’s prime minister. Mr Blinken says he’s yet to see a plan for Israel’s planned Rafah offensive that would protect civilians. It comes as Israel re-opens a main crossing into Gaza to allow more aid to reach the enclave’s north.
