Har phone ka apna alag UI hota hain hain. isliye ek costomer jab ek baar koi ek phone use karta hai toh us user ko woh phone ki UI ka adat hoo jata hain aur baad mein jab wo phone kharab ho jata hain toh kafi chance hain ki woh admi ushi brand ka phone ko kharidne ka prefer karega. Aur wese bhi Samsung and Apple ke user toh un brands ke loyal user hain hi. As a example mein Redmi ka phone use karta hoon. log kehte hain ki Redmi ka UI (MiUi) accha nahi hain buhut bugs aate hain but mujhe MiUi pasand hai because Mera first phone Redmi ka hai toh mere MiUi se aadat ho gaya hai aur next time bhi mein Redmi ke phone hi prefer karunga.
