Sigh....dude get to know these bikes before "reviewing" them. The 954 is one of the BEST bikes Honda made. It weighed 424lbs with 132HP at the wheel. The power to weight ration mixed with its frame makes it better ANY 600cc motorcycle in 2016 and even today. So buy a 954 for a couple of thousand...or pay 12k for a new one..or worse...a 300cc bike.
I have a friend that bought a 300 and the thing is terrible gutless as hell I asked him why he didn’t buy at least a 600 and he said it was to much power I said it absolutely is not they are very tame and can be fast if you get on them but you have to really get on them I laughed when I took it for a ride felt like a moped I’ll stick with my 929
After jumping from a moped to a 954 I found it amazingly nimble and easy to ride. Last few weeks ride of a friend's RC 200 made it felt like a bicycle 😐 or I'm spoiled badly from my 954.
I had little experience with many sport bikes whatsoever at the time. I was just giving my general opinion based off of what I was used to. Great bike, my buddy that let me ride it, still owns it!
@@motomax13 It is STILL one of the best light balanced bikes today...if you can find one. nice video. I wanna add that the 954 was the last bike designed by Tadao Baba which brought about the fireblade. the 954 has become a very iconic bike there comfortable for 1 hour than you do get fatigue of course I'm not young as I once was. if you find one buy it they are great bikes.👍
I drove 4 hours yesterday, only my right hand thumb was getting numb. The position is great imho. And I have a rekt back shitty knees etc. Hehe. B. T. W If you get wrist fatique, adjust the brake and clutch levers angle to your hand position, night and day after 1 hour ;)
I love the 954 and 929 I have an erion racing 929 and the bike is a blast very comfortable great handling and thing is still a rocket it keeps up for the most part with modern bikes
T Zon ha ha that’s what I thought, I rode one in 02 it was awesome, but I couldn’t afford a new one, oh well, I’ll have to get an old one with 30k then 😂
BlueNinjaX11 I only know how good the zx6r 636 A1P is because I owned one. It's simply amazing for everything but the front brakes are so bad with ninjas generally. Thats one of the reasons I crashed it so bad. If you go with a ninja examine the brakes and budget in an upgrade as it's likely you'll need it. As for the zx10r for sure that will keep up, it's an amazing bike but be careful as it's likely to be in poor condition. Again budget in a suspension, brake upgrade and new tyres. A front suspension overhaul is usually essential but well worth ever penny (expensive) in my humble opinion. Goodluck buddy, watch out for the sharks.

It's always interesting to note how relative a thing "comfort" is. Compared to an R1 this bike is a couch. Most people who ride modern sports bikes would probably consider it one of the most comfortable.
Thats why I got a Fizzy , my 02 Fz1 is fast . looks badass but is super comfortable . I got a corbin seat on it . and with the more upright bars you can really put some miles on it . I havent ran into a situation where it got uncomfortable no matter how many miles id just ridden .
Well , tbh a nightmare but not the bike's fault. It sat for 10 years . Was clogged from tank to carbs , rusty tank. it was bad . But the good folks at treasure coast cycles in wabasso florida straightened it out. Ive only ever ridden carb'd dualsports. this is actually my first multi cylinder , my first 100% road bike.
