I am without words to describe the beauty of this town... it's a masterpiece.
All I can say is thank God for Manfred Auer and his strong lungs and legs that can take us to places that some of us would never know existed. Best RUclips channel ever Manfred!
    Thank you☺️

Dear Mr. Manfred. You took me back to Germany in 2013. The day I arrived Nördlingen, that morning, I left Heidelberg to go to Salzburg to start the "romantic road" trip. I already knew of Nördlingen and booked to stay a night there.
It is indeed a beautiful circler town surrounded by a wall. Either German life or German world magazine that I first read of this town. No disappointment at all. Good thing I lost 25 pounds that year before I came to Germany, because how I was to walk all the way up to the church that was in the middle of the town to get this gorgeous view of the town. And the story up there with the cat and the person taking care of it.
Also I read that the original land that has covered Nördlingen flew to what is Slovakia today. How they arrived to that assessment I don't know but I have never walked on a moon rock before (that I know of it), but Nördlingen is siting on one. The entire town, assuming. Yes for a moment I teased my self by say o I'm walking on a moon rock but of course Nördlingen doesn't resemble anything like the moon.
I tell you Southern California is on a earthquake territory, but for some reason city of Glen Avon just south of Fontana where I live and Fontana has been shaking a lot in the last three weeks. Especially, just this two cities. Not all of southern California is feeling it. A small quake just happened now. In three weeks I felt fifty between quakes and aftershocks.
Very local quakes and aftershocks. It's not fun.
    Nördlingen is worth seeing again.
Have a nice rest of Sunday Mr. Manfred.

Welcome and thank you for watching it. Nördlingen has a lot to offer. I thought that I could walk around the town but it was too much in the heat and the video would have lasted two or more hours. Also, the area around is very interesting as it is quite flat. Driving to Nördlingen I discovered the castle of Harburg which I will cover later. Lake of Constance is also an area with earthquakes but fortunately not very often. But I remember quite well the last one which happened at midnight and was shaking my house around. Not a good feeling.

@@ManfredAuer I first would like to make a correction. I went to Würzburg, and not Salzburg to start the romantic road as i wrote not noticing in spelling it had written Salzburg. I apologize. But then you probably noticed that. And in 2017 I went around Aalen Germany to see the tourist spots around there and also know someone there, wanted to see Schloß Fachsenfeld which turned out to be closed the day I arrived. But fortunately someone arrived that works there and gave me a private tour. Talk about gentelman.
Before he arrived though I noticed from a distance another castle which I said I am going no matter what. so I did and it worth seeing it. It's up on a hill and talk about a view and clean the fields were so beautiful Manfred I don't think there is a word how clean and beautiful the view was. Not to say other places were less clean. But the view from this castle was something different. The castles name is Burg Niederalfingen near hüttingen. So I understood when you said you saw a palace along the way and you like to see it in future. What is so nice about Germany is a small nation, size wise people compare it to Montana and yet it has 25000 castles and palaces. So you will see one along your way everywhere. And when you love things like this then you are in heaven.
In Lauchheim there is Schloß Kapfenburg. I have seen it twice. Talk about commanding view.
