Please pray for me. I have fallen into sin like a dog returned to his vomit. Ive become lukewarm and have been struggling with lust of my flesh. This has ultimately humbled me as I was puffed up and self righteous a year and a half back. Praise God that I still feel conviction. But I'm praying not to be left to a reprobate mind. Or have my conscience seered. God bless whomever reads this. Edit: Thank you for all your prayers and words. Im happy to report God has made a way for me to return back to Him. Yes I will be praying for you. The fact that you feel humbled, that you are praising God for Conviction is good and means you wouldn't be thinking that way if your conscience was seared or if you were a reprobate. You might be near those things but you can always step back into the straight and narrow path. You are God's son you can ask God for help. He wants you to ask. When you even have an unclean thought tell the Father the thought because he already knows about it but this way your bringing it to the light and exposing the thought to the truth. I'm coming out of it finally. Things that have helped me is continuing prayer throughout the day. Don't look at any kind of uncleanness even if it's in a movie or TV show you like. Don't look, don't look, don't look. That's what I say to myself all the time. Your concerned your not going to make it but yes we do need to change and not deliberately sin but we also can't trust in our own righteousness. Cuz we ain't got none. Dig into the word and dig out those promises. Because the things of this world's fun things as you do them you have noticed the good feeling doesn't last but the scriptures will have a lasting effect. Feed the spirit man. God will deliver you but it's an ongoing process bro one that has to be worked out moment by moment. Believe me God has delivered me after having been molested, abused and healed me from schizophrenia and bi polar and delivered my hubby of 19 yrs of porn addiction. God will deliver you. You cling to God and it will be ok. Also go to a church that preached and stresses Holiness without which no one shall see God, so scripture says. You need to be in a church where women ain't showing everything they got or them women who are always trying ta see whose lookin at'em, you know what I mean. Eyes always looking around. I keep my eyes on my hubby or on the floor. It's not snobbishness but protection of my soul. I will be praying. Your gonna make it!

When I first got saved I was literally decieved for 9 more yrs before I realized it was me not giving something up and it was me redefining what I wasn't willing to give up in order to justify keeping the practice in my life. It took 9 yrs to realize I was decieving myself in my justification. I know I was not truly in a personal intimate loving relationship because I was sinning justified and when we choose sin over Him he is not with us. I realized I wasn't truly there yet and that day I realized this as He made me have a light bulb moment as at that time He knew I was ready - I recommitted & chose to truly begin my journey and dusted off the LIVING WORD & started taking it personally. I got saved then was welcoming SPIRITUAL ATTACKS and then for 9 yrs was unequipped with knowledge to protect myself & my mind. Yikes!!! Man was I livid at myself!!! I was ready to get next level serious!!! I was indignant that I gave HaSatan so much room to mess with me. It was my fault. I held myself accountable. Now we were at WAR and I was determined to be in the FIGHT!!! Through lack of knowledge I was easily decieved and it was my fault. I started taking full accountability and it was my indignation to never be decieved through lack of BIBLICAL KNOWLEDGE again. Thats when I knew I was finally at PEACE and the humility was key. God will always keep his word when it is given. What is long suffering? Long suffering here means Bearing injuries or provocation for a long time; patient; not easily provoked. God will send many ppl to you or into your life to tell you about him and how to be saved. God doesn’t want anyone to go to hell. Ppl ask: why does god send ppl to hell? God doesn’t send ppl to hell. You send yourself there by not accepting Jesus’ as your Lord and savior. Would you say it’s fair to be sent ppl to jail because you didn’t know it was wrong and what the penalty is? When god sends someone to you to tell you that you need to do to be better. If you reject that message you’ve earned your own punishment. I would never deny or feel ashamed of Jesus being my lord/God before anyone. Would i deny who my wife is before anyone? No!!!, Would i deny who my children is before anyone? It’s astonishing that our lord the creator of all would bring himself so much pain and humiliation just to save me and everyone else from damnation. I love Jesus so much, I will never reject him before anybody. I just got back to praying and reading my bible as I had fallen off from the lord and got more involved with the secular world. I ask the lord every-time I pray to help me increase my faith and stay faithful to him.
This of course is when it "didn't work" when at first, he flooded the Earth wiping out all sin. Can't God, the most powerful entity that has ever been, do it right the first time? And why didn't a "all knowing, all powerful" God, not know it wasn't going too work? This God sounds useless too me or better yet, he sounds "made up" too me, like "humans" made him up. I find it strange that an all-loving God has a place called "hell" for those non-believers. What kind of love is that? Open your eyes and look around the world. THIS is the best God can do? Suffering, starvation, never ending wars, cancer, babies dying every single day etc etc etc.... I'm not impressed with his work. All powerful my ass. Your God sucks. There are 4000+ religions in the world with 4000+ Gods. For God's sake, pick a better one.

Believe it or not, this might be the most important thing you ever read… How do you get saved? How do you go to Heaven? What does the Bible say about salvation? Of course not! What did He do to fix this sin problem? God left Glory in Heaven, manifested Himself in the flesh as a human, Jesus Christ, never once sinned, perfectly fulfilled the law, did not deserve punishment, yet He became OUR sin for US. John the Baptist said about Jesus: “Behold the lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Colossians 2:14 says “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;” And, right before Jesus died, He declared “It is finished!” In other words, the debt of sin has been paid off in full (past, present, and future sins) by His death on the cross. He finished all of the work, and thus, there is no work for you to do. Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” After this, He was buried in a tomb. On the third day, He bodily resurrected from the grave and was seen alive by over 500 people at once and also the disciples and the apostles. Hard for you to believe in the resurrection? Well, these disciples and apostles, like Paul, went on to preach this Gospel, were severely persecuted, and suffered horrific deaths for their faith. Would they suffer trials and death for a lie? How do you accept this free gift of salvation and forgiveness of all your sins so that you can be promised everlasting life? Jesus answers this in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” When Jesus spoke to Martha, He said: “ . . I am the resurrection, and the life: he that BELIEVETH in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and BELIEVETH in me shall NEVER DIE. Believest thou this?” (John 11:25-26). Do you notice a common theme here? To be saved, all you must do is believe the Gospel, that the Lord Jesus Christ died for all your sins past, present, and future, was buried, and rose from death on the third day, and trust in that alone for your salvation believing that you can never lose your salvation because Jesus paid it all. The instant you do that, God seals you with the Holy Spirit of Promise and promises you everlasting life. Therefore, since salvation does not depend on your own behavior or works or commitment to God or maintaining your faith, but depends solely on Jesus’ finished payment for your sin on the cross and defeat of death when He rose from it, you can be 100% sure that you will go to Heaven. 1 John 5:13 says “These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God.” I pray that today is the day of your salvation. Jesus loves you, and I love you too. The book of John and Romans are great places to start in a KJV Bible. God bless you. Once we trust the gospel of grace that Jesus died for our sins was buried and rose on the 3rd day, we get baptized by the Holy Ghost. We become new Creatures. And our new nature is to do good. But, doing good , is not what saves us, we do good, because we have the Holy Ghost in us.

Please pray for me. I have fallen into sin like a dog returned to his vomit. Ive become lukewarm and have been struggling with lust of my flesh. This has ultimately humbled me as I was puffed up and self righteous a year and a half back. Praise God that I still feel conviction. But I'm praying not to be left to a reprobate mind. Yes I will be praying for you. The fact that you feel humbled, that you are praising God for Conviction is good and means you wouldn't be thinking that way if your conscience was seared or if you were a reprobate. You might be near those things but you can always step back into the straight and narrow path. You are God's son you can ask God for help. He wants you to ask. When you even have an unclean thought tell the Father the thought because he already knows about it but this way your bringing it to the light and exposing the thought to the truth. I'm coming out of it finally. Things that have helped me is continuing prayer throughout the day. Don't look at any kind of uncleanness even if it's in a movie or TV show you like. Don't look, don't look, don't look. That's what I say to myself all the time. Your concerned your not going to make it but yes we do need to change and not deliberately sin but we also can't trust in our own righteousness. Cuz we ain't got none. Dig into the word and dig out those promises. Because the things of this world's fun things as you do them you have noticed the good feeling doesn't last but the scriptures will have a lasting effect. Feed the spirit man. God will deliver you but it's an ongoing process bro one that has to be worked out moment by moment. Believe me God has delivered me after having been molested, abused and healed me from schizophrenia and bi polar and delivered my hubby of 19 yrs of porn addiction. God will deliver you. You cling to God and it will be ok. Also go to a church that preached and stresses Holiness without which no one shall see God, so scripture says. You need to be in a church where women ain't showing everything they got or them women who are always trying ta see whose lookin at'em, you know what I mean. Eyes always looking around. I keep my eyes on my hubby or on the floor. It's not snobbishness but protection of my soul. I will be praying. Your gonna make it!

When I first got saved I was literally decieved for 9 more yrs before I realized it was me not giving something up and it was me redefining what I wasn't willing to give up in order to justify keeping the practice in my life. It took 9 yrs to realize I was decieving myself in my justification.
I know I was not truly in a personal intimate loving relationship because I was sinning justified and when we choose sin over Him he is not with us.
I realized I wasn't truly there yet and that day I realized this as He made me have a light bulb moment as at that time He knew I was ready - I recommitted & chose to truly begin my journey and dusted off the LIVING WORD & started taking it personally. I got saved then was welcoming SPIRITUAL ATTACKS and then for 9 yrs was unequipped with knowledge to protect myself & my mind. Yikes!!! Man was I livid at myself!!! I was ready to get next level serious!!! I was indignant that I gave HaSatan so much room to mess with me. It was my fault. I held myself accountable. Now we were at WAR and I was determined to be in the FIGHT!!!
Through lack of knowledge I was easily decieved and it was my fault. I started taking full accountability and it was my indignation to never be decieved through lack of BIBLICAL KNOWLEDGE again.
Thats when I knew I was finally at PEACE and the humility was key. Ask questions? Refine your questions? Seek answers with passion for learning the ABSOLUTE TRUTH on a matter.

God will always keep his word when it is given. What is long suffering? Long suffering here means Bearing injuries or provocation for a long time; patient; not easily provoked. God will send many ppl to you or into your life to tell you about him and how to be saved. God doesn’t want anyone to go to hell. Ppl ask: why does god send ppl to hell? God doesn’t send ppl to hell. You send yourself there by not accepting Jesus’ as your Lord and savior.
Would you say it’s fair to be sent ppl to jail because you didn’t know it was wrong and what the penalty is? When god sends someone to you to tell you that you need to do to be better. I would never deny or feel ashamed of Jesus being my lord/God before anyone. Would i deny who my wife is before anyone? No!!!, Would i deny who my children is before anyone? No!!!!, I would definitely sacrifice myself for my wife and children. I will have that same conviction and more towards my lord god who created everything i know and sacrificed his great self for my insignificant self. It’s astonishing that our lord the creator of all would bring himself so much pain and humiliation just to save me and everyone else from damnation. I love Jesus so much, I will never reject him before anybody. I just got back to praying and reading my bible as I had fallen off from the lord and got more involved with the secular world. I ask the lord every-time I pray to help me increase my faith and stay faithful to him.

Do you notice a common theme here? To be saved, all you must do is believe the Gospel, that the Lord Jesus Christ died for all your sins past, present, and future, was buried, and rose from death on the third day, and trust in that alone for your salvation believing that you can never lose your salvation because Jesus paid it all. The instant you do that, God seals you with the Holy Spirit of Promise and promises you everlasting life. Therefore, since salvation does not depend on your own behavior or
works or commitment to God or maintaining your faith, but depends solely on Jesus’ finished payment for your sin on the cross and defeat of death when He rose from it, you can be 100% sure that you will go
to Heaven. 1 John 5:13 says “These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God.”

Salvation comes by trusting the fishing work of the cross. There is nothing we can do. But put our faith. Once we trust the gospel of grace that Jesus died for our sins was buried and rose on the 3rd day, we get baptized by the Holy Ghost. We become new Creatures. And our new nature is to do good. But, doing good , is not what saves us, we do good, because we have the Holy Ghost in us.
