My father Ken passed away yesterday, 08/06/2022. On my way to see him, this came across Penguin radio, Wilmington, NC. Dad would have loved this song. He had told us many times over the years that he didn't want to be mourned when he was gone, "just have a party", he would say. I sure am going to miss him.
Sorry for the loss of our Dad.
I know Ken! He always talked about how he was proud of his little man. He'd tell me that his little boy made him proud and he cant even begin to fathom how amazing of a man his little man would become. He sure did love his family, you could just hear the pride in his voice when he spoke about them

I lost my father, also named Ken, back in March of this year. One of the things we had was I would send him new songs I would come across and this was one of them. I’m sorry for your loss

I highly recommended seeing these guys live, I’ve been to 5 shows and every time I leave with a big smile on my face.
They played at a bar I worked at last year in cave junction infront of a crowd of 60 people it was one of the best live performances I've ever seen

Over the weekend I saw this song performed at peach fest Montage Mountain scranton PA. I never heard this song before, I was dancing, and all of a sudden started crying not out of sadness, thoughts of my friend, Dave. This song made me think he was smiling down on me and my friends in that moment as we were celebrating. Thank you for making this song. I definitely needed it ❤ and absolutely loved that. You crowd surfed from the stage to the lawn. In all the years I’ve been to Montage I’ve never seen that before, and I am super stoked that I was a part of it.
