What an excellent eighteen moves, very clearly explained and demonstrated. Knowing whether to turn anticlockwise or clockwise is vitally important! Some familiar favourites there, like the Catapult Half Nelson and really difficult ones like the Accordion Crab. Glad to see the Broken Basket Tornado Unwind as strangely enough I was thinking about the Broken Basket because I'd forgotten how to do it. An excellent and very useful video. If I can include all these moves in my repertoire I shall be very pleased! Thanks again for the video.
