If you do not have a hex key for 14, you can use a bolt hat or nut (they are also hexagonal).

In mauritius they sell Grohe very expensive whilst assuring us 10yrs warrantee...but they do not have the diverter fitting

У меня в таком кране, в месте куда вставляется шестигранник, со стороны душевого шланга, стоит какой-то пластмассовый клапанок, не подскажите его предназначение?

А у меня пластиковое перекрестие, нет возможности вставить отвертку для фиксации как в ролике. Из-за этого не получается снять верхний колпачок.

Я просто вставил отвертку и сильно надавил на нее, чтобы предотвратить вращение дивертора, пока я вращал головку дивертора.

When you say disassembling GROHE diverter, I am expecting disassembling the whole thing and not just left it half way through. How about make another video, showing how to change the inside. That will be a proper DIY repair.

Hello Maddog. Happy to know that you have been attracted by my home made video. This type of diverter has nothing else to be disassembled. In case it is malfunctioning so it has to be cleaned/replaced as it comes in one part as shown . thanks.
