I purchased the percussion rambouillet for you guys and been very happy with them to this point. Then zip much further down about 1.5" above the top of the ankle bone. Takes a lot of stress of my knees when taking them off.
Such a helpful comparison. Been looking at the Chameau for really muddy, deeper water conditions but as a curvy 5'1" I don't have Kate Middletons legs. Defintely now looking at the Percussion as an alternative as they look like they will fit better. Thanks :)
Would buy some if they were a proper height. Too much like builders boots. Not that there's anything wrong with builders boots, but when you are knee deep in sileage with your arm up a cows arse, it's important to look stylish.
What they like comfort wise ? I went through alot of cheaper pairs before trying the aigles and there is no comparison comfort wise when putting the miles in or wearing them all day due to the footbed. Only thing that came close were some cheap neoprene lined goodyears but the lining wore out quickly.
Hi lads. I have just gone through you're listing for merchandise and could I sudjest a ear protection snippet to let all know what ear protection is on the market what you both use and any links to sites to buy them. currently using sp4s in ear protection and have to say arn't to bad. All the best.
I’m buying a pair next I hammer everything these will be tried out shooting and possible working my work boots are warn 16 hours a day on dairy farms and disinfected daily currently the best boots I’ve had are the Le chameau Ceres after wearing Aigles for years
"He"was using them as a comparison not percussion . Or perhaps he should have used a pair of dunlop wellies instead? I would buy percussion boots over chameau because more expensive isn't necessarily better. That speaks volumes about you in my opinion.
Sorry thumbs down - I’m actually looking to replace my wellies so really interested but I found your review not impartial - i.e too much of a hard sell, especially at the end. I bought some percussion trousers for stalking because they were better price and my mate hates me wearing them because they are so noisy. He’s right. Bought Harkilas instead and silent. Not entirely relevant but my experience
Pffft new fangled bloody rubbish. All you need are your plus fours and a decent pair of brogues. Serve you anywhere they will. Only place I wear rubber is between me and the Mrs!

I picked a pair up in the shop the other day and I was really impressed with them, they’re soo soft
Just bought some worn twice. All good so far. Quite impressed. I bought full zip ones

Would that big hole in the foot not let the water in?
Ray Davies; Nice one!!!!
It’s there to let it out.
Only one boot has the hole. Just hop in wet conditions.

I don't think I'm ever going to be up to my armpits in a cows arse juice, but a valid point nonetheless!

Percussion - good kit at a great price.
Have a pair of these, very good boots !
They look great, but I’ll stick to Dedito with a full zip, same basic spec for a tenner less 👍
Have you done a review on muck boots
Thank you, an interesting video.
This might be a silly question, but how DO you look after the rubber on these boots (Percussion or Chemaux)?
You get a spray the cleans and conditions the rubber. About a tenner.
If I managed to wreck a pair of Chameaus in a season, I'd consider that a season well lived 🤠
now that is good value
Have a pair myself and can’t complain
Just started selling them on the website honestly I sell them to mainly farmers and only positive reviews
Kind of interesting.... exceeded my expectations
Can you do a review on the Muck Boots

We have been ready to film this for a little while - just need to crack on and do it!
In the next few weeks - we promise!
Can't find this product
They are brilliant I would buy another pair rather than a a chameau and have been a chameau man for years
I’m buying a pair next I hammer everything these will be tried out shooting and possible working my work boots are warn 16 hours a day on dairy farms and disinfected daily currently the best boots I’ve had are the Le chameau Ceres after wearing Aigles for years
John, where are you?
now thats a welly
Now I'm curious as to what "the royals wear".
Hunters I presume!
@@tgsoutdoors The next time I see Andy in NYC I'll ask.
Hunters mainly, some Le Chameau and a couple of the minor Royals wear Muck Boots.
There seems to be a lot of comparing to the chameau, I’ve never heard chameau comparing themselves to anyone...... speaks volumes really.

Just try going to a farmer and saying I have wrecked another pere of Wellington's. £90. For some new ones.
where'd this 80-year-old bloke come from
£90 is a lot for a pair of wellies compare them to dunlops purifits as they are half price
It’s all more expensive than living barefoot.
Dunlop puroforts excellent boots .. with or without steel toecap. green for the farmers yellow for the fishermen.
Been wareing Sologne, wellies for years, purchased when from Decathlon, Best wellies l've Hever had,
@@tgsoutdoors but if u put a hole in a spare of dunlops it's not the end of the world as they are a lot cheaper
The grips not to good on concrete

No one else does :-)
Pile of crap as a keeper I had a set wore every day for work only lasted 6 months
What do you recommend then ? I have aigle and they always split after a year . Won’t buy chameau as they are owned by Lord Alli !!
