Hey Luca! In response to your negative self talk, whenever I get into that mindset I remind myself of this quote that the sun doesn’t get compared to moon, they shine when it’s their time. So maybe if I’m not feeling extra shine-y or inspiring that I’m just in my moon phase and that I’m still important and provide value and beauty but I just need to time to be a sun again. It helps me be more patient with myself and accept the ebbs and flows of life. I hope this helps! Also I love your tattoo it’s v cute

Hi Luca - just wanted to say that I've been watching your videos for years now and I love them! My favourite type of vlogs to watch is just like what people do in their everyday life. I think a lot of creators think their life is boring so they have to spice up their vlogs because they're so used to it & their routines but to other people it's more interesting than you think :)

Thank you for sharing that really personal negative self talk segment. Being open about that must’ve been hard. My therapist told me that whenever I start that process, and I’m saying bad things to myself to give myself compliments. Simple things like “I love that I’m passionate about…” or “my art is important to people” even if it dosnt feel true in the moment, it is true. But this is diner thing we all have experienced and I respect you speaking about it on your channel! ❤️

fight the feeling of pressure you see when others are dating and you are not. wasting time on the wrong person isn't time well spent. i you find someone that might be right, take time to get to know them really well. no rush and no pressure. U just went away to school, give yourself a minute😘
