    Well done! I think the ribs might be slightly overdone in the wrap, though that’s just a matter of personal preference. Some people prefer them tender enough to stay on the bone, while others love when the meat pulls off effortlessly. Either way, great work!

      I prefer for the ribs to have a bite, vs completely fall off the bone. Thank you for the kind words!

    I usually only wrap 45 minutes to an hour in butcher paper foil is all right but sometimes it tends to over steam them.

      Yep, putting them in foil can definitely do that! I like the softer texture on ribs myself.
