This is a very easy to understand overview of TPACK, I am going to use this to explain to my teachers how technology is a fundamental part of teaching, and that whilst they are great at content, pedagogy and sometimes technological-content, they really need to understand how they all work together.

First get the content knowledge of the math. Then form a group to collaborate and help each other with the lessons. Since elementary teachers know their students well pick the appropriate technology to introduce and support the teaching. The key is knowing your kids and use that knowledge to support students.
