Turns out the B stands for bodyguard, and the _F stands for father. Looking forward to learning what the rest of the letters stand for, Brian.
Let it rain!
Brian discovers that the internet's biggest prettyboy has over 20,000 fangirls per square foot.
I think that's the best part about modern internet. In the 2000s, Sykunno would've been hated the same way Bieber and boy band haters would be. But the internet is so insular that you don't really get that anymore.
imma be real brian this whole time i thought u were close to pushing 40😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
This is actually so awesome hearing all these stories, since you always have such a grounded take on all of this, it gives such a greay view, hope you release a supercut of all these
For real, he's just a normal guy in this bizzare scenario lol
there's an hour long video from the same stream on his main channel, haven't watched it yet so it might just touch on the FGC side of twitchcon
@@stormcrow5096he's not normal tho, he's the one and only brian f
“Syykuno must’ve been approached by at least 15-20 women”
Eyyyy nice
“That’s probably the wrong word. Girls.”
… *Oh no*
the most unexpected thing out of this highlight is that sykkuno is in his 30's???
SYKKUNO IS OLDER THAN UNC????
GRUNC?????
Sykkuno so famous that I saw this brian f clip on *his* fan clip channel, they got eyes n ears everywhere lmaoooo
No way brine is younger than sykkuno
I've always known Sykkuno is a cool guy, but a part of me couldn't help but be jealous of the whole "super-popular streamer + pretty-boy" thing he's got going on. After hearing these stories, I've shifted from jealousy to sympathy. I would *hate* having to deal with this stuff. This sounds like a real-life version of those Disney Channel original movies with the moral that celebrities are people like everyone else & dealing with fame is a much bigger pain than you might think.
Maybe it's weird to say but on a logical level I kind of get why people are jealous, but in reality I do not get jealous of internet celebrities or normal celebrities, only maybe some small personal jealousy of some of the people that surround me. It's not even that I don't think their position is super cool with lots of prividges with the downside not being comparable to the upsides. I don't even think the downsides of the job are even worth griping about compared to the upside, so it's not a "Well being a super popular streamer has it's own problems" thing.
I think it only happened because it was at twitchcon where there are so many fans. I don't imagine his everyday life is like that at all
He's such a dad figure it's hilarious
It was a Hard Day's Night for Sykkuno
Too late this time, but there's a streamer in OTV named Michael reeves. He talked about how to avoid this in a podcast. Basically takes one massive group photo using one person's phone. That person airdrops it to everyone else and he runs off.
Some say Sykkuno is still there to this day, taking pictures and signing autographs.
He never seems to get any older and the line of eager fans never seems to get any shorter.
isn't that the same thing that happens to pros at evo
Im not a person that follows really big streamers, so hearing that these situations happened over there was kinda crazy.
On another note, i didnt know the word "groupie" was derogatory, so I guess I learned something new today.
Huh, I'm with you there, I thought groupie was just the classical definition of a super-fan that follows their band/group around from stop to stop on tour. Apparently nowadays it has the connotation that they're primarily trying to sleep with said band/group.
@@dizzyMongoosei think you're looking at it backwards. That's literally what groupies for rockstars were back in the sex drugs rock'n'roll days.
@@dizzyMongoose It's *always* had the "sleep with" connotation, though in my experience, whether it's derogatory depends on the context of how it's used.
@@JJames666male I'm of course aware that's what a lot of them did back in the day. I'm just saying the word to me didn't used to indicate that you must be intending to sleep with them to be a groupie, cuz that's not inherently part of the original definition.
The new terminology that's more derogatory is "stan". I mean.... "fans" used to be the extreme but now we have something even beyond that 😂
