We had a very eventful week! I got my membranes swept at my 38 week prenatal appointment. It hurt! But I'd say it was worth it 😅

I walked 3 miles a day in 4 of my 5 pregnancies and still went over 41 weeks and needed to be induced 🤣

Hi Olivia! I am 7 months pregnant with my first one. Love watching your videos and learn from you😊 I want to ask you something. About 2 weeks after my due date, my husband will have to travel away for 2 weeks. I am so terrified, can i do it by myself? Unfortunately i dont have family to help me (they are all abroad), but we will hire a stay-in nanny for several weeks to help with all housework and the baby. I hear from everyone that the newborn stage is extremely difficult, especially mentally, and me being alone without family or husband for 2 weeks i am so scared and really want to know if it is realistic for me to go through this? Or should i try to find an alternative solution? I am so worried that i will get postpartum depression🥲 i appreciate your advice🙏🏻
Hi! First of all, Congratulations on your pregnancy! That is so exciting, and first pregnancies and babies are so so special!
I know it sounds scary and hard because it's something you've never done before, so there is that fear of the unknown playing into it. I am filming and going to be releasing tons of newborn content now, with my new baby, so I will try my best to show you how to make it easy and enjoyable to have a newborn. 😊
When I had my first baby, my husband also had to travel for work for 2 weeks, so I can understand your concern. But it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. And actually ended up being such a special time in my life. I really got to use that time to focus on my baby and really bond with her, and also, I focused on myself. And focused on healing, both mentally and physically, after having my baby.

I literally JUST got my membrane swept 4 hours ago , I have bloody show , my amniotic fluid is leaking & I have cramps .. I was 1 cm dilated when she did it , please tell me what to do 😭
