For the people who wants Logan and Jeffrey to be Baki and Yujiro in a hypothetical live action, just think about it for a bit.
They are bodybuilders. As far as we know, they don’t have professional experience at acting. So even if they look just like the characters from Baki, they wouldn’t perform that good on camera.
Let’s just see them as what they are: anime enjoyer bodybuilders

wear some steel toe boots idk what you're talking about exactly or what you're trying to do but lots of exercises you can do without free weights and maybe starting light so you get the motions mastered also if you havent talk to a professional about it maybe get some tips how to approach it
