Yeah, I was kind of excited to see a darker Waverly but now that it's actually playing out I'm so sad. I just want Waverly from Season 1 back....and now I'm worried what the fall out will be when they eventually help Waverly. I mean is Waverly gonna be okay? Are they gonna have to question everything that happened while she was possessed? Will Waverly remember what Gooverly did?

Natalie, I just started watching WayHaught vids, but after watching lots of vids where people were confused re Waverly's comment, "You polished the shaft hard enough," the lightbulb just went off in my head re the point of that comment. First of all, remember that Gooverly is obsessed with SHINY things. Secondly, it was a set-up for Wynonna's line, "You so rarely hear that." While that line's not funny to you or me, there ARE male viewers of all orientations and female fans who haven't been exclusively lesbian who will laugh. It was a groaner for me, at best. But we get such great lesbian scenes in this show that I can tolerate some innuendo like this. The other interesting thing is that the pistol (is it called Peacemaker?) didn't light up when Waverly was holding it. If it had, Wynonna would have instantly known something was VERY WRONG, obviously, & the storyline would have been shortened. IDK if they just hoped the audience wouldn't question it, or if they wanted to intentionally make the point that the demon doesn't completely control Waverly.
