I get why the badge is called "halcyon", cause halcyon basically means "good old days", so the badge means "The halcyon days of old SBS"

someone tell me what i did something wrong:
i got the question mark skill to lv 3
then i went to website home page and clicked sbs
i went to a 5.0 intensity server
i pressed afk button to on
i jumped on the trampoline
got onto the "platform"
BUT THE DOOR WAS STILL CLOSED WITH 3 QUESTION MARKS STILL ABOVE THE DOOR

Equip it after you're teleported and before the countdown ends

You don't need to have the randomizer perk, you only need the randomizer skill. I got the badge by only using the randomizer skill with aurora wings (same applies for when you go to hardcore mode)

Somehow, I didn't have the Randomizer Perk but I got the badge anyway. So it's a Randomizer Skill and/or Perk thing on my part.
