- Intruducing problem and tools and parts needed fpr the Purchase of a brand new chinese cheetah 125cc atv2018 model after 40 minute run the rear hub carrier for the axel started to spin on it. WTFREEK happen here I said 😬call sales parson and send them an email from the situation said couldn't be posible but here we go send the part list needed all parts got ship out from the warehouse via UPS.
Great vid. I bought a front end with swing arm and no engine. It’s a 110 Taotao I think. So I need a rear axle assembly and wheels. Seems pretty straight forward. I’m putting a Predator 212 in mine.
Thtat will be my next step when that engine goes apart
Putting a predator 212cc on this atv would fabricating a mounting plate be necessary?
There's a lock ring that is supposed to be under that sprocket. It holds it on. It will do the same thing and come right off just got one and first ride popped right off. found a lock ring that fit and no problem.. Seeing ur video makes me think they do not have that installed on the china atvs...thanks
You can add lock tie or even urethane on the sprocket bolts big plus

The axle carrier bearings are done
1:38 there’s not supposed to be any wiggle at all…
The carrier seems to be loose, the whole assembly is moving back and forth
What was that white glue stuff u put on the thread 🤔 red lock tight or blue loctite
What size is that rear sprocket, 530 or 420? And is what tooth count is it. I'm trying to find different sprocket sizes only.
Hi Marcus Reels the sprocket X-PRO® 37 Tooth 420 Chain Rear Sprockets for 50-125cc ATVs is the current one I'm using and stock size also
@@PR-zq8ih thank you, I've been searching high and low for the right Sprocket, I have the TaoTao Bull 200cc and it came with the 530 setup, I may have to switch up everything to a 420 just to have more gear selection. Thanks again for the info
