Love the NTTD Omega; it was my dream peace the moment it came out. However, the reason I have a 5 digit Explorer on the wrist is because of the clasp. The bracelet is amazing, but the folding mechanism on the Omega is so thick, I couldn’t get my head around it. This new variant is also a beautiful watch - but until the clasp is refined I cant see myself pulling the trigger.
BB58 on my wrist, year 2000 El Primero in my hands. Love the Seamaster, the current range is just a little bigger than I prefer. You’re exceptional at viewer interaction, Andrew, thank you!🙏
The deep green color of the dial, which with the bronze/gold is absolutely top. As a new owner, I can't get enough of the color transitions from green to dark to black, where the bezel, crowns and of course the hands stand out. The bracelet, which is made of dark titanium, also deserves praise.
I am loving these new 300M releases. This configuration is super cool and the want is real! Hard to say which I like the best but the top 2 are this and the NTTD then Black, then Grey. But, super cool all the way around.
Although the video and presentation were excellent, in my personal preference, the Polar 300 diver stands out as the most appealing option. I opted for the blue model as it was my long-awaited watch. I intend to purchase the Polar 300 once my daughter completes college.
I sold my NTTD because I couldn’t read it in low light. I really like the look of the black version, would have to see the green in the flesh to know for sure.
Beautiful piece and a classy execution of green here. Would love to see in person and try on that mesh bracelet, have heard mixed reviews on the bracelet.
This watch will be my next purchase. Of course, by the time I have the money, I may have changed my mind but as it stands, this will be it. Just superb.
These new watches are all great looking. Would love them to tone down the size a bit. But these look amazing. That black and white is probably what I’d like to go for. But this green is beautiful
I have the NTTD and while the green is very beautiful, I don't think it can dethrone NTTD. I love the green dial and bezel with the patina'd lume and bronze hands on this new option, but the bezel/crown/HRV is a little too much bronze/gold for me and I would have preferred them being titanium like NTTD. If they would have done that, I would have been thinking how can I sell this NTTD to put towards the new one lol.
Omega SMP 300M 2022 beijing olympics special edition. my first mechanical watch. i couldn’t be happier with my hard earned money. a total sleeper. love every bit of it. that green bronze gold SMP is 🔥🔥🔥
Andrew your colour combination is Gold and Green, like me Green and black draws me in, the question then should this one aspect make me pull the trigger when there other aspects that we don't a firs see....
I just bought a NTTD a couple months ago, and when I saw the pic of this I was like awwwww shit! Because I love green and love the bronz w/green combo and it was making me wish I had waited. But then I see this new one has an exhibition case back (which I don't like on tool watches) and is almost a full 1mm thicker, and those two things make me like the NTTD better, so phew, false alarm, still glad I got the NTTD
I've recently began my obsession as a watch collector. And i must say- out of all the luxury brands I've been researching, for me the MAMACOO's watches are the most intriguing.
No Time to Patina 🤔 come on Omega it’s time for a new Seamaster with a thinner smaller case and a 70 hour plus movement. A bezel that doesn’t feel like a child’s toy would be good too.
Don't ever buy these watches with 70 hours movements, they're all trash!! The 8800 caliber family by Omega is one of greatest movements ever made! Omega don't need to change anything with the seamaster 300 it's absolutely amazing and this new version is insane!!! If I was in politics or a professional athlete I would Buy it right now 😂..for a working middle class man.. it's just too expensive 😞 but it's unbelievably gorgeous
I'm actually wearing the brushed stainless dial and titanium bezel with the rubber strap ; ) I love the monochrome gray. Of course, my cars are all gray, too.
Still the no time to die is the king, been using one for 2 yrs plus as my day to day watch, just love it.hopefully my titanium yachtmaster should be coming soon,my first titanium rolex having had steel ones before which i find too heavy now, lets see how that measures up as my day to day watch.
No Time To Die is still the killer design. I haven't seen anything with vintage sophistication and class in one package from Omega. It's understated yet still projects quality and refinement.
Still the No Time To Die, although I do struggle why they are so much more expensive than the standard 300m with the same (almost, no date) movement. Is a Titanium case really worth £4k?
My Diver 300m summer blue is so mystic, so magic and I like it so much but this new green version can be the next.. howether I don't understand what is bronze-gold..!?😊
I've always waffled on the NTTD. It's just a little bit too faux vintagey, especially with the broad arrow. But this green SMP won me over! Not on the bracelet, but on a rubber strap👌 The price is a little too high for me, but once it hits the secondary market, I'm in!
Can we call it The Melbourne Express? I think they saved the best for last. I thought the monochrome was it for me, but now out of the trio I'd choose this.
Haven’t seen it in person yet, but I think this is one to get on rubber. Forget the mesh bracelet. Doesn’t really gel with the design aesthetic for me.
Something about the mesh bracelet with this color just doesn’t “mesh” well IMO. I love the dial and crown colors though. I think I like the picture with the green rubber strap better.
Am I right in thinking it's only 25,200/7 beats per second (like Longines), aluminium bezel, and 55 hour power reserve (that won't last the weekend)? How very 1990. That picture of the NTTD is the original one that had the bracelet recalled because it failed. It's now the same thicker end link as the newer models (so not like James Bond/Daniel Craig wore).
I never cared much for the SMP with that busy wave dial, crappy bracelet, open caseback and the date window ruining the overal look of the watch…until there was the NTTD and I couldn’t leave the AD without it. This new model is a nice addition but for me the NTTD look remains the best. Couldn’t care less about thenconnection to 007 though and I’m glad they only made a small inscription on the back of the watch.
It certainly is a beauty 2 things I don’t like ok maybe 3 ( as a reference point I have the NTTD as well as the 25 anniversary tritone titanium, rose, tantalum ) 1 ) they should have included a NTTD type pouch instead of the traditional box !!! 2) as nice as the milense bracelet is they should have offered the option of an updated tapered bracelet similar to the one on my tri tone 3) I’ve already got 2 no date versions would have like to have this model with option for a date A side from that it Brilliant !!!
+ I like the green/bronze contrast
- the rest of it
I'm wearing the Zenith Chronomaster Sport with the white dial. Was waffling until I watched your summary review of it and pulled the trigger. Love it.
Yes I think I would opt for it on the rubber due to that thickness.
@ Just saw images of the rubber strap version - agreed, it’s a hit.
I have the NTTD, it’s great but the clasp is it’s only defect.
BB58 on my wrist, year 2000 El Primero in my hands. Love the Seamaster, the current range is just a little bigger than I prefer. You’re exceptional at viewer interaction, Andrew, thank you!🙏
On my wrist is the blue 300m diver. Now 6 years old but runs nicely. Loving it
Realy great balance of patina with green bronz gold !!!! for a green watch, this is perfection !!!
I love the alloy approach to halyt that patina going crazy. A great development from Omega on that one
The deep green color of the dial, which with the bronze/gold is absolutely top. As a new owner, I can't get enough of the color transitions from green to dark to black, where the bezel, crowns and of course the hands stand out. The bracelet, which is made of dark titanium, also deserves praise.
The green dial is cool but i like the bezel and dial on the NTTD more. It looks more cohesive to me.
Yeah, NTTD is better.
I am loving these new 300M releases. This configuration is super cool and the want is real! Hard to say which I like the best but the top 2 are this and the NTTD then Black, then Grey. But, super cool all the way around.
Currently wearing Omega Ultra Deep 75th anni, just love it..
Wow the Ultra Deep. Nice purchase indeed
Nice one Omega, the green dial one.
It's a Banger!! It's Christmas Day all year with this on the wrist, and I'm here for it.
wouldnt you just love santa that much more if this came down the chimney
Loving the green and gold format, looks even better on the green rubber strap…
Awesome watch with the perfect colour combo
its perfection
Although the video and presentation were excellent, in my personal preference, the Polar 300 diver stands out as the most appealing option. I opted for the blue model as it was my long-awaited watch. I intend to purchase the Polar 300 once my daughter completes college.
Looks fantastic. Love the green and gold. Still wouldnt swap my blue 300 heritage tho...which is lucky😊
This is really interesting. For Australia, I like the take on "green and gold"
youre only human
Does the rubber strap match the dial color ? It is a nice watch, no better or worse than the No time to Die.
I sold my NTTD because I couldn’t read it in low light. I really like the look of the black version, would have to see the green in the flesh to know for sure.
Yeah this. Especially in daylight its hard to read and doesn't have the 'pop' - looks pretty meh. It do look cool inside in warm or dim lighting.
Beautiful piece and a classy execution of green here. Would love to see in person and try on that mesh bracelet, have heard mixed reviews on the bracelet.
Wrist check- JLC Boutique edition only, special edition Deep sea Chrono. Love the green/bronze but the new alum bezel black Seamaster is their best.
Now that is some heat on your wrist well played
This watch will be my next purchase. Of course, by the time I have the money, I may have changed my mind but as it stands, this will be it. Just superb.
These new watches are all great looking. Would love them to tone down the size a bit. But these look amazing. That black and white is probably what I’d like to go for. But this green is beautiful
many agree with the downsizing point
I have the NTTD and while the green is very beautiful, I don't think it can dethrone NTTD. I love the green dial and bezel with the patina'd lume and bronze hands on this new option, but the bezel/crown/HRV is a little too much bronze/gold for me and I would have preferred them being titanium like NTTD. If they would have done that, I would have been thinking how can I sell this NTTD to put towards the new one lol.
something so mesmerising about the biscuity brown and tan tones of the NTTD
OTW, AT Black Lacquer in 41mm. I own the NTTD and it not only brings the biscuit but also the gravy.
hahahah the gravy love it
Omega SMP 300M 2022 beijing olympics special edition. my first mechanical watch. i couldn’t be happier with my hard earned money. a total sleeper. love every bit of it. that green bronze gold SMP is 🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful timepiece. I personally still like the No Time to Die watch. It will always be a classic.
yeah hard to beat that muted colorway
I also think that this green hype is not timeless
Andrew your colour combination is Gold and Green, like me Green and black draws me in, the question then should this one aspect make me pull the trigger when there other aspects that we don't a firs see....
Now omega is playing the same game with this bond lineup as well infinite variations of the same watch
I think the the no time to die with a bronze gold bezel and crown might look interesting! 🧐
On my wrist today was Omega Seamaster 300 Chronograph in Stainless Steel and 18k Sedna Gold on rubber strap. Black ceramic dial.
thats a spectacular piece
NTTD for me however I do like the green. Overall the seamasters are heading in the right direction overall.
yeah i agree
Great one...wonderful the green with bronze. Congrats to Omega
this green/gold is an upgrade of the No time to die... stunning
I like the picture that you provided of the watch on the dull green rubber strap(bracelet). That's the way I'd imagine myself wearing it.
agreed i would also do that
I just bought a NTTD a couple months ago, and when I saw the pic of this I was like awwwww shit!
Smart guy, James Bond doesn't need a watch with an exhibition case back.
Agree I’d much rather have solid case back and slimmer
She is a looker though, I’ve watches this video 10 times 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Do you think they wil maken new models with Ceramic bezels again?
They could potentially be holding further ceramics until the 300 is reworked
its a beautiful watch! 🤩
I've recently began my obsession as a watch collector. And i must say- out of all the luxury brands I've been researching, for me the MAMACOO's watches are the most intriguing.
Does the bezel have lume too on the bronze gold?
Love the green dial, no to the mesh - would it fit the normal SM bracelet? Cheers
agreed
No Time to Patina 🤔 come on Omega it’s time for a new Seamaster with a thinner smaller case and a 70 hour plus movement. A bezel that doesn’t feel like a child’s toy would be good too.
I'd take fake patina over fake history every day
Don't ever buy these watches with 70 hours movements, they're all trash!!
I don't mind the diameter,it's a diver after all but 13.8mm thickness, come on Omega, you can go slimmer.
I'm wearing a rose gold coloured, white dial Geckota manual wind chronograph which has a Seagull movement. Thanks for asking
lovely choice
Green mate, just picked mine up last week.
Everyone is asking for a smaller 300m, you can get the cal8800 in a 38mm Aqua Terra so I don’t see a reason why they can’t do it.
lets see hey
I wish omega watch company can bring back the previous generation of the seamaster 300 41mm back as that was the perfect size.
For everyday wear.
This looks great! Omega really is stepping up the releases this year. The white speedy. New FOIS.... black Seamaster and now this. Really great stuff.
Stepping up? They're giving you inferior watches at increasing prices. My god, fanbois will suck up anything.
@@robertposteschild2353 How is it inferior? It has gold on crown, escape valve, and bezel with bronze. Stop with the silliness.
@@robertposteschild2353TUDOR FANBOY SPOTTED 😂😂😂😂😂
@@robertposteschild2353 100% support your opinion. Fanboys are crazy dickriding OMEGAs releases....
@@SIZZO76how many times have you copy and pasted this?
I'm actually wearing the brushed stainless dial and titanium bezel with the rubber strap ; ) I love the monochrome gray. Of course, my cars are all gray, too.
Simply wonderful - absolutly outstanding! Really love it. ❤
For me will always be NTTD but that’s just because I’m not a two tone person except for the subtle hints of the TAG Sundowner of course ❤.
It's understated yet still projects quality and refinement.
yeah this one hits prettyt hard
I have the NTTD and I love it! This new release is gorgeous 😍 but I still prefer the NTTD.
How’s the re selling value of this watch?
Do you still need a pair if poly grips to turn the bezel?
Longines spirit Zulu time (mocha) on the wrist. That seamaster ❤ Beautiful piece .
No Lume shot? Are the bezel numbers lumed?
we did not have the chance to shoot a lume shot. Was a brief momenet in a very lit room
Still the No Time To Die, although I do struggle why they are so much more expensive than the standard 300m with the same (almost, no date) movement. Is a Titanium case really worth £4k?
Did you see the black and burgundy one?
Wearing Citizen Satellite Wave CC3000 series, my daily wrist wear. Here in South East Florida USA.
The no time to die is still my favourite, but the price now vs when it first came out means I would not get one at retail
Wouldn’t we put the bond 60th in this group also? Same aluminum bezel etc.
yes indeed should also be in the list
green is magical
The new green Seamaster is the way to go!
the colorway oh my goodness
My Diver 300m summer blue is so mystic, so magic and I like it so much but this new green version can be the next.. howether I don't understand what is bronze-gold..!?😊
its an alloy. a combination of metals to prevent too much patina of the bronze
I've always waffled on the NTTD. It's just a little bit too faux vintagey, especially with the broad arrow. But this green SMP won me over! Not on the bracelet, but on a rubber strap👌 The price is a little too high for me, but once it hits the secondary market, I'm in!
Andrew been following you for a while, I have a feeling you will end up getting a Neo vintage eventually 😂
What I want to know is does the green one have a fully lumed bezel ?
I like this one better than the no time to die to be honest
Great video, Andrew! Love the new studio!
delicious
@ Fratello was my clear favorite for watch content. But T and T has closed that gap. You are knocking it out of the park across all forms of media!
Love to hear it 💪 🙏
Personally I like more my Green dial Seamaster with mesh. That should have same color mesh lock or something, now it's looks like moded Seamaster
I have my 2 favourite Seamasters, the Nekton and the Summer 75th Anniversary
STUNNING
Me too man.. i had my heart set on getting the Seamaster nttd as my only Omega.. but this breaks the conviction.. 😅
Time to Green!
Can we call it The Melbourne Express? I think they saved the best for last. I thought the monochrome was it for me, but now out of the trio I'd choose this.
Respect for the ‘Bradbury’ reference (pardon the pun).
currently wearing Tag Heuer aquaracer 300 pro. 007 is more timeless and will age better but both are beautiful
The Tag is a beast love it
I know I’ll offend a lot of people here, but I’ve never really loved the NTTD 😬 sorry! But that Green and bronze? Just incredible 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
ahhhh they would be happy with that result for sure
Soy Raúl de Valencia. Yo tengo el NTTD pero si puedo conseguir este verde venderé el NTTD y me quedaré este 😍
So these new releases are moonswatches for seamasters?
Green dial all the way❤
I have the NTTD and would not change it for the bronze. The wearing is too great. A bit slimmer and so light. And the color. So warm.
Changing the bracelet to the green rubber strap makes it look like a Christmas tree.😂 Very cool edition, but I’m still partial to the NTTD.
Haven’t seen it in person yet, but I think this is one to get on rubber. Forget the mesh bracelet. Doesn’t really gel with the design aesthetic for me.
YEAH RUBBER ALL THE WAY OR NATO STRAP
like it, but people are sleeping on the 60th anniversary edition. That’s the perfect one.
Both can be good 💪
Wow love that TAG collab watch.
it flew out the door like hot cakes. Many agree with your opinion on that one
On my wrist - Breitling’s SAS Avenger
a heavy hitter on your wrist
for me the no time to die is the best version (except there is no date)
Good point of distinction you raise
If the green was as green as the photos show it would be a but for me but with it barely being any green the NTTD is 100% the choice for me.
I would absolutely love to have one, but the bracelet is a no-go for me
Something about the mesh bracelet with this color just doesn’t “mesh” well IMO. I love the dial and crown colors though. I think I like the picture with the green rubber strap better.
agreed rubber all the way
Am I right in thinking it's only 25,200/7 beats per second (like Longines), aluminium bezel, and 55 hour power reserve (that won't last the weekend)?
How very 1990.
That picture of the NTTD is the original one that had the bracelet recalled because it failed. It's now the same thicker end link as the newer models (so not like James Bond/Daniel Craig wore).
The new green Seamaster for me please...🙂 Personally for me this is the perefect colors combination.
here here
Love this watch, it's stunning. I own the NTTD and I'm gonna sale my pepsi and buy this one.
I never cared much for the SMP with that busy wave dial, crappy bracelet, open caseback and the date window ruining the overal look of the watch…until there was the NTTD and I couldn’t leave the AD without it. This new model is a nice addition but for me the NTTD look remains the best. Couldn’t care less about thenconnection to 007 though and I’m glad they only made a small inscription on the back of the watch.
yeah good shout re the more subtle nature of the NTTD
It certainly is a beauty 2 things I don’t like ok maybe 3
( as a reference point I have the NTTD as well as the 25 anniversary tritone titanium, rose, tantalum )
1 ) they should have included a NTTD type pouch instead of the traditional box !!!
2) as nice as the milense bracelet is they should have offered the option of an updated tapered bracelet similar to the one on my tri tone
3) I’ve already got 2 no date versions would have like to have this model with option for a date
A side from that it Brilliant !!!
The tri-tone is such a strong, distinct Seamaster iteration
@ Absolutely love it I primarily got the NTTD as a beater there so great I’m thinking of getting a 3rd
For me the new black dial!
I have looked at this video a second time ....I think it is worth it 😀
i'm buying it for sure.
Merry Christmas ❤❤❤❤
