We have had several cats have kittens...they do it all by themselves! We only ever had to assist one cat out of many and it was because the kitten was abnormally large and was stillborn. Also, don't worry about having something you love to eat every now and then. I've done weight watchers for years! As long as you're eating mostly on point you'll be fine. It also helps not to label food as good or bad food. It's all food. We just need to use portion control. No guilt over food!
My kids are grown now but I remember when they were getting their license, it was a very stressful time but, I realized as my kids were growing and starting new chapters in their lives, the best thing to do is pray, put them in God's hands but, I do understand the stress of it all, hope you have a good relaxing weekend ❤🙏

I have lost my brother, oldest daughter and just this week my sister in law, all in the last year. I'm a stress/emotional eater. So I understand for sure. I'm taking Mounjaro and it helps with the food noise so much! But when I get really emotional I still want to eat.

Those lights are nice, but the only bad thing is if they’re not plugged in all the time they don’t last long. It’ll stay lit for less than 30 minutes unless you have it plugged in then it stays on all the time

Yes she won't need help. I was worried the first time my girl had babies and she did wonderful.. now her babies are all bigger than her.
