My Mike for the people, I’ve been doing sauna for couple of years now, not consistently but for 10-20 times in a month and everything you said is correct. The are probably a lot more benefits but thank you for always coming through for me and millions of people across the globe. Bless ⬆️ and keep preaching 👏👏👏👏

Can you make a video talking about the differences, benefits, pros, cons ect. Of a “steam” sauna vs “dry” or infrared sauna. Or is it all the same? I have a steam sauna and I like it more than dry, because of the moisture and getting that sweat right away as opposed to building up to it and feeling “itchy” as you break a sweat. Similar to a cardio sweat build up. You sometimes feel that itch before you break a sweat. I don’t get that in wet sauna really.

Sure you can go outside and get hit by a car tomorrow, it is what it is.
