I'm a type 1 diabetic - I do marathon sessions in the sauna as well. I can go in with my blood sugar at 300 while in the sauna my body will somehow lower my blood sugar levels back down to normal
Mike i really love these type of videos. You've really grown and matured into true wisdom. I'm so happy and proud of you. Well done brother it's lovely to see the man you've become.
My Mike for the people, I’ve been doing sauna for couple of years now, not consistently but for 10-20 times in a month and everything you said is correct. The are probably a lot more benefits but thank you for always coming through for me and millions of people across the globe. Bless ⬆️ and keep preaching 👏👏👏👏
I feel you bro!!! I definitely have the same mentality!! LAST MAN STANDING BRO!!! It's one of the ways I detox my body. In the same process; I'm building my bodies tolerance to excessive heat. After each session; I feel beyond great bro!! I deeply appreciate all the amazing/informative vids along with the awsome motivation. Blessings always bro 🙏🏽!
I always loved the sauna i feel like its my safe place where i can shut out the noise. I always start my workouts with a 20 min session and end my workout with another 20 min session 💪
I recently bought a portable sauna for my home gym. It only heats to around 130 degrees but I definitely feel and see the benefits. I'm also fasting 16 hours a day but stay hydrated with coconut water and fruits
sauna is good for the winter months and body temperature, we feel better about ourselves if we are warmer and can live a better life before or after gym. Especially in the UK in winter lol
Broh been doing the sauna since 86 USAF kunsan korea and the steam room will kick it up a nothch !! Just purchased the supplement for after the sauna will let you know how I feel next week when I get the juice.. Yes all the facts of detox is absolute true.
Mike bro, I'm the same! 🤣🤣🤣 I thought it was just me. I watch guys in an out 3 or 4 times and I'm like staying in there until i can't take no more, I love the rejuvenated feeling.💪🏻🇬🇧
What’s up Mike, cool video. What if it’s a portable at home sauna? They say they are around 130degrees and I’m stressed on the temperature and if I can still get the same benefits if the sauna doesn’t go up to 170 degrees?
Can you make a video talking about the differences, benefits, pros, cons ect. Of a “steam” sauna vs “dry” or infrared sauna. Or is it all the same? I have a steam sauna and I like it more than dry, because of the moisture and getting that sweat right away as opposed to building up to it and feeling “itchy” as you break a sweat. Similar to a cardio sweat build up. You sometimes feel that itch before you break a sweat. I don’t get that in wet sauna really.
You have a video going over your supplements I box I weight train stopped supplementing a while ago to due to having to source certain supplements from a variety of different places like protein powder from one place pre workout from another ZMA from another creatinine from another you have a one stop shop
I had a Presto Heat Dish. Like 1500 amps. And the Heatdish, a Bowl reflect heat thru whole room. Or tan my abs piink n warm my back to wake up in mornings.
Correct me if Im wrong but I thought 20 mins was all you needed. Isn't getting closer to the 30 min mark putting closer diminished results? Not saying your wrong just curious.
In agreement with the sauna but the temperature and amount of time should be work up to the higher temperature for me 120 degrees for 40 minutes 2 days a week however will consider increasing days per week THANKS for the Hot suggestions Mike
Great info on the benefits of using a sauna. But you couldn’t help it promoting your product. It’s plenty of things you can drink before and after using the sauna. And it’s not going to cost you $50
whatever overdoing it means.. everybody isn’t the same.. i’m in the sauna 60 minutes a day.. some people think it’s nuts, others think it’s not enough.. do whatever the heck you want in this life within morals.. “overdo” anything if you want.. some people rock climb thousand foot mountains with no rope.. who gets to decide.. just live man..! fk..!

@ False, the ‘cold hard facts’ are you just want to try to discredit someone who’s trying to provide value because you’re pessimistic. Sure you can go outside and get hit by a car tomorrow, it is what it is.
