    Ingredients
    Sponge preparation
    Oil - 1/2 cup
    Fresh Curd - 1 cup
    Fine sugar - 1 cup
    All-purpose flour/maida - 1-1/2 cup
    Baking powder - 1 tsp
    Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
    Hot Milk - 1 cup
    Saffron /kesar -1 tspn
    Salt - Pinch
    Ras Malai Milk mixture /tres Leches:
    Milk - 2 cups
    Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
    Fresh cream - 3/4 cup
    Cardamom - 1/2 tsp
    Safron - 6 to7 strands soaked in a 2 tblspn hot milk
    For Garnish(optional)
    Whipped cream
    Some kesar strands
    Pistachios and rose petals
