Some of the spots I wanted to feature require permission to use. Even though we have been given permits, they come with a time limit, so the pressure's on to land the tricks as the clock ticks down.

seeing this behind the scenes stuff makes you really appreciate what an amazing athlete Danny is!
i saw how angry he got and wanted to throw the bike in the water hahaha but he is such a pro he holds back picks him self up and try's again :)
Unreal stuff. It's kind of crazy to think of all the work it takes to produce videos like this. When I first saw the finished product I did wonder at the lack of people in some of the locations, and not being chased away. Makes sense now, but man the pressure to pull something off in 4 hours!

Good job Danny, also how is that carbon frame not cracked by falling on the rocks?
The frame itself is super light (about 1600g if I recall correctly) with high end stuff, so it doesn’t really have the weight to break itself tumbling down on the rocks. Plus, it’s made of some special not-for-everyone crazy carbon.
@@duncanwright301 that is fair but in an other video he landed/slid on the downtube from a about 4 meter drop, that has to be some very good carbon santa cruz got for him
