Excellent video again!! LOT offers a decent service on short haul flights. Punctionality however remains an issue.. LOT fligts are often delayed and they really should step up a gear or two in that department

Yes when I book a short flight in Europe to connect to another longhaul ticket I now not only look at the price but also the on-time rating...
