Fxck my life MV is inspired by the Truman Show. SVT have gone through one of the hardest year in their personal life last year - like each member have gone through their own personal struggles and worries a lot (They talked about this in their recent Caratland - thats why they cried a lot during this fanmeeting too) and Woozi said they wanted to express that no matter how cruel and fcked this damn world is, fight for your life anyway (so yeah, theres a positive message on this song). AND just like in the Truman Show, this MV is basically showing how the members are being “watched” (like theres a camera in the lamp in DK’s room and the drones sureounding his windows), Jun, Vernon, and Boo is being chased, Wonwoo is being left, etc. Its like a metaphor on how they are struggling and yet every move of them is being watched. The members each all their own struggles but at the end of the MV when they are together everything is alright. I also want to say my personal interpretation on Scoups and Jeonghan role in SVT depicted through this MV ; - Jeonghan is SVT counselour and like the “mom” of the group. He is SVT’s shoulder to cry on, their emotional support and human diary. And during in the soop S2, Jeonghan said he wants to be an island - a place where the members can come and go whenever they need him. And in this MV Jeonghan is the only one who waits, he waits for the members and the members come running to him. - Scoups on the other hand is the “dad” of the group. The members rely on him a lot on most things especially anything regarding of the things they are too afraid to ask and do. Scoups is their protector. All of them have said over and over that whenever they go somewhere and Scoups is not there they feel uneasy and if he is there they feel reassured. AND in the MV, he is the one who watch over them. And at the end, you can see that Scoups is the one who help the members escape from whatever is chasing after them by turning off the light (thats when they are able to escape to the island) and you can see Scoups is the first one who met Jeonghan and both welcome the members who running towards them . its a beautiful metaphor considering Scoups and Jeonghan’s role as the parents of the group 🥹. Its like the MV is telling their real life stories and situation as the group. Im glad SVT is still 13 and will be 13 forever, im glad they have each other ❤ Like DK said; “SVT HAS TO BE 13, always” God please let them be the exception to the cliche that “nothing last forever”

Not many people know who Sun Wu Kong is, if they haven't watched the chinese story Journey to the West. Basically Goku from Dragon Ball anime is based on that character. This is the dragon ball theme k pop song, even the dances too. If you are a fan of Dragon Ball anime like me, you would notice right away all the dance moves that refer to the dragon ball. This is just so good!! As a Dragon Ball fan, I totally approve this because I know some members like Joshua and Woozi are the biggest fan of anime. I love FML so much, I cried a lot when I heard the song and read the lyrics, coz I could totally relate it to my life. Sometimes we cannot choose whatever we want in our life, it feels like we are dictated by this world, and we become so numb and used to it because there are things we can't do and need to consider many people. It feels like we are not living our own life, but live to what around us expect us to do and to be. But still, life must go on and we still need to live and do whatever, to fight for this life.

I just saw this comment, someone say that the MV itself is inspired by the movie The Truman Show, (there is man called truman that life in the fake world. He just life a normal life but someday he realizes that everything is fake, so basically he is the main character from a movie and all the people in there is a paid actors, their job is to monitor and make Truman believe that everything is real. but after he know, he tries to escape from this fake world and explore the real world) In this MV, they're starts to realize that everything is fake, starting from Mingyu's scene. He realizes that he is in a movie when the lighting falls on his car. Dino realizes that the sky is fake bcs its strange that when he faces the sky, a star suddenly appears, which is actually just lighting that someone turned on to make him believe that the world was real, Also DK who found the camera on his lamp and he see many drones outside his room when he opened the curtains, so he smashed the tv so no one would monitor him. And the woozi, seungkwan, vernon, jun scene just they're all trying to get away from all of this. Hoshi's scene is he's trying to find clothes in his closet to make a fake doll so he can escape without them knowing, So from this MV, they're all fighting to be free from being monitored constantly, hence all the camera imagery and all the "normal" citizens trying to stop them, since in the movie Truman's whole life was a lie and all the people he met were apart of the TV show that was svt's life. And at the end he escapes via a boat to get to the outside world, just like Seventeen! Some interpretation is Seventeen, who have all been monitored even since pre-debut on thier Seventeen TV channel, are fighting to escape from the constant watchful eye they occurs as an idol and fighting to get to something real. And Jeonghan once said something like he hopes he can. be an island for his members to come to, so that's why they chose to gather on the beach with him. I love the message of this song lyrically, I forgot to mention, that when Vernon being catch/?, Scoups is the one that turn off the system monitor/ things related to that. He trying to helped and led svt, so svt's were able to escape and finally in the end they got together

If we think about what is going on in The Truman Show it's about him being entertaining to the public and following a life they had planned for him essentially. If he tries to break free of the box they built for him, people step in his way and things start falling apart. I think the idea is not that you should run away and quit your job, but that you have to find yourself - you find your own way to happiness. That might mean that you have to break someone else's expectations for you, or change your job, or whatever - or it might just mean that you stop letting other people's opinions of you determine your feelings of worth, etc. I think they're encouraging everyone (I think it must be a universal feeling) who ever felt like they were the dumbest person alive, who felt numb going through life, who felt like their self was shrinking away... that you can fight back against those feelings and find happiness. It was represented through a story of escape from a world that was fake and built putting someone into a role they no longer wanted to fit, but I don't think it's literal to that extent, you know? :) Anyway - I loved your reaction as always, I hope to see the album later
