  • Play through Bach 6th prelude
    Elgar concerto 3rd, 4th movement
I hope learning to play Bach is like learning to drive a car. If It´s the track you drive on all the time you know exactly what to pay attention to, and know how to avoid the risk of accidents, and more you drive less you feel scared. It really is one complicated track without break.
I realized to make music with triplet, every single note and every two notes and the bow change must be practiced and played individually instead of just practicing with triplet, and one must have a very tiny detailed map in the head. In practicing it feels like being stuck in the same place but when it is actually played it flows and one can play more free. So I think I´m going to drive this track just a little bit more and bring the quality.
Maybe soon there might come a point where I can make a perfect recording (play through)and play Bach program in the concert. 6th suite is difficult but Prelude is by far the most difficult and intense.
I don´t know if there is a point uploading Elgar because it is obviously not much practiced yet but instead of just getting lost in Bach labyrinth I wanted to get this done as well. (3th and 4th movement from Elgar concerto.) I can handle difficult parts in 4th movement and of course I don't like some pp quality in the 3rd movement yet, Hope to get it done during the holidays.
I wish all the fellow human beings a beautiful Christmas time and very happy holidays :)
