    Thank you! I loved this. I have a suggestion, and was wondering if you'd consider a video discussing scheduling a workout routine for male dancers, or how you schedule a routine? I often struggle with organizing what to do every day, how to build my daily schedule with all the components strength, cardio, flexibility training, etc... thanks!

      Hello David! Sure I think is a great idea and I totally understand how hard is for us dancers to plan a good workout routine with all the work we have everyday! But I have some tips and suggestions that can help! I will work on this video🙂

      Well for each person can be different but twice a week or three time could be great!

    Do you have leg extensions workouts to help get the leg higher and develop the strength to hold the extension higher than 90 degrees??
