I never watch this channel because N.W. Ontario is never included in the weather. That fool was blocking the screenshot of the area when Manitoba weather was being discussed. Apparently, our area is a black-hole that is not important. However, our winter weather is just as harsh as Manitoba's, and we don't let it interfere with our day to day functioning like some areas.
