There are a lot more bells & whistles in the Dreame X30, but ultimately they both do a great job at vacuuming and mopping. If you want better obstacle avoidance, go for the X10. If you want mop extension, auto soap dispensing, auto leave-behind mops, or auto-cleaning washboard, then go for the X30. I was thinking of doing a comparison video but its really not comparing apples to apples cause of the huge price difference. What do you think?
Hey Eric, thank you so much for the video. One question is this vacuum better than the Robo rock eight ultra. I’m thinking about getting a smart mop and vacuum for my smart home.
Hey William, you're welcome. Thank you for watching and commenting. I've actually never owned a Roborock, but I have played with one at a friend's house. I've never been a big fan of the single mopping pad that vibrates. The one I played with didn't seem to do a good job mopping. The new Roborocks that I saw at CES haven't been released yet, but I think they will give the Dreame X30 a run for its money. However, I'm still worried about their vibrating mop. I'll be sure to do a video comparing the two if I get one.
Nice, thats prouablly not coming out for another 6 months or so, since this one just came out here in the USA. The Pa level is a reported 10,500, wow! Roborock showed off their extending side brush arm at CES. I thought it cool they had a wall of the extending brush arms spinning.
i dont get the concept of leaving the mops behind, if you have to do 2 runs (vac then mop) then what's the disadvantage of doing 2 runs (vac then mop) but with the pads on
In a normal cleaning cycle when you can do two runs, it doesn't matter as it can go back and have time to dry before the next cycle. But what if you just did a normal cleaning cycle and before the mops can dry, you need to specific room or spot vacuum? As I mention in the video, you'll proubally be ok with really low pile carpet/rugs, but if you have medium or high pile carpet/rugs, it's best to leave them behind. Make sense?

Would this be a better buy over the x40 because of price
How would you say it compares to the Eufy X10 Pro Omni that you reviewed?

Good review
Thanks!
Tri-cut brush isn’t included huh? Interesting
Nope it's not. It's a shame cause you would think for the price they are charging that it would be included.
Does the X30 use the cleaning fluid for the mop to clean the floor or only to clean the mops in the basestation?
Theres an x40 with 2 extending arms

@ModernDayTech @ModernDayTech Just ordered the x40 pro plus. Mines coming 7th April.

@@ModernDayTech even though IMO that's a very niche use case to make fuss about since the mop dries in just 2h, it's a valid point you make
I got it but it takes forever to clean roborock is faster at cleaning
Talking story dam u
