Brother it is not like, who the hell is he to stop camping and why is he responsible? Do you know there is a civil responsibility. He is a citizen and if something goes wrong within his vicinity where he lives who do you think the authorities will ask the questions to you or me or Maybe this guy who is just bicycling? it is obvious they will ask him questions and also I don’t think he needs somebody to come and live in his houseboat because you know the touristic season is really great in Kashmir right now, and they don’t need people to come and you know they don’t need customer. They have enough customers. He was just being polite with you, guys. this camping thing you know it is more Western style and if you go to any of the countries in the Europe or any anywhere in the North American region in such whether you’re not allowed sometimes to do such stuff, you know so they would like you to have a permit as well. I think they will not even give you a permit because it doesn’t matter if you can do this or not, but you need to have an insurance you need to have permit if maybe somebody object you cannot do that, so there are laws. This is very normal in the developed countries, and if you think you are also well civilised, you would understand his view very well. He was not wrong. He was absolutely right.
