As a 5th year medical student with Jin as my bias, hearing what he went through in the beginning really hurts my heart. I can tell he’s underweight here. He also looks tired and kind of sad. When I heard he ate chicken breasts for a year....god I felt so burdened. Yeah sure it’s lean meat and it’s protein but other than that it has no vitamins, no minerals. He needs that from a rich diet with variety. Combine that with their rigorously training everyday and the fact that he was also a college student. Seokjiiin. 😭😭😭 In his recent vlives he usually talks about how much he wants to gain weight and I’m really glad that he eats heartily these days. I hope he will always be healthy.

Every time they talk about their weight I wanna scream😩 It’s never like “I feel like I’ve gained a few pounds and I don’t feel as good as I did before” or “I need to get back to my fighting weight so that I feel good in my body”. It’s always someone telling them their chubby or that they’ve gained weight. So obnoxious and sad 😢❤️
As much as I admire Bang PD’s hard work in building up the company I do believe he was very harsh to his trainees at the time (then again that’s just how the k-pop industry is, not an excuse still wrong tho). I’m glad the boys overcame all those hardships and are now in a position where they can’t be told what to do anymore
