I mean, I've heard of several varieties of shapeshifters, but I have no info on this one.
As morbid as this is this has to be one of the more wholesome shifters/skinwalkers, usually these creatures are portrayed as absolute nightmares.

As an older sibling I can confirm that I would attempt to do this. I wouldn’t get away with it though since my sister is somewhat older than Sans was. Still love her and would still try to do it.
