I encourage everyone to look very carefully at "rates and fees" that more than double the room rates they display prominently on the hotel website. Try booking through another venue, rather than the hotel's. Don't know if that'd be any cheaper as that kind of "gougy" flimflammery immediately eliminated the Baraquda from my shopping list. I was attempting to book in late April to early May, 2021, for 14 days.
Yes, breakfast here is Continental, English, American style. Not many Indian's stay in this hotel. They appear to prefer Mercure Pattaya which is located basically next door. Which is probably why Mercure had a lot Indian food options in their breakfast buffet. Of course you could book this without breakfast and eat breakfast in Mercure (both are Accorhotels). Is breakfast included in price ?
It depend on the rate you book. There is usually different rates with or without breakfast. It was included with my booking rate.

Useless For Indian No Indian Breakfast included in Breakfast menu... Even room not looking lime a five star category
