I have a theory about this mod. Limbo means like a weird in-between place of some sort, right? Well, in some religions, there is a 3rd option after you die. It's meant to be for people that didn't do anything really good or bad. It's basically where they don't get tortured, but that's the only good thing about it. I think that's where this mod takes place, in a place in between heaven and hell called Limbo. That's why everyone has a "cause of death" in their bio. I don't know why some people in the mod (like tony) are turned into animals, though.
