Search the upper floor for another electric box! There next to the dam is the park, not a school. Where you can find towels and sunscreen in the pool house!
I commented a few video's back about the cave, there is also metal ore to collect there even under the water. 🙂 The Dam as far as I'm aware is at the bottom right of the map.

Create a zombie trap: grab a cop car or ambulance, park it somewhere that you can overwatch with a rifle, enable its siren, snipe zombies that swarm it.
Loving this game so much, it was good run that was not in VEIN lol. I do think they need to work on what u get from dismantling/destroying items. They should give things that are indicative of what you're destroying.
U need to collect everything that is purple marking n there is a food Mart on the other side of the hardware store u went to there is a lot of food there. U don't need to take anything out of the UC when ur building unless u r far away. The house by the cemetery u went to w the corpse there is 2 guns u didn't grab in the bathroom

When you are ready to start fixing vehicles, you can find most of the tools you'll need in the maintenance hallway underneath the high school.

There is also a new farm they added u can get animal food n lots of loot. I believe it's up north not 100 sure thou

Just an idea throw your extra ammo in your glovebox of the vehicle youll be using

You might really want to clean the dead zombies away. They will not desappear on their own. Rain will clean the blood outside.
It kills me when you talk to the zombros.
You need the stapler to build the rain collector in the utilities section so stop dismantling them
