My Raspberry Pi actually got hacked a few years ago because I forgot to change the default password on a remote desktop application. And if someone actually targets you for some reason, I doubt OS will matter, at that point it's up to your awareness on exploits and security practice for that OS. In terms of zero-click CVEs, I recall Pegasus has some for both, so it's equivalent, except that Android devices reply on the manufacturer to ship the patch, so it may take longer or never be shipped.
