I think it's a fair point, why weigh just luggage when people weigh heavy as well.

In some respects' I believe the Candid Camera Show was the original #1 Pioneer for many other similar shows' . That had a kind of Prankster element within some of its' pre- arranged segments'.

He refused because he was about to miss his flight, but they told him that they were having the plane wait for him, so he did sign the release. When he got to the plane, he did get on just as they were closing the doors, but they were not waiting and didn't know anything about it. (The producers lied!).
