DT Welleh - Mr. President, decentralized the government. Build pave concrete cement (cement is affordable) roads connecting all counties. To enable most people in Monrovia to move to other counties. All these incidences will stop from happening. Furthermore, allow the counties to elect their own City Majors and Superintendents. Give the counties residents power to desist pariah or outcast from destroying counties infrastructural. Before any of this incident happens then county's City Major and Superintendents will act quickly to stop violent on behalf of their citizens without waiting on president actions before City Major and Superintendents can act. This is the least measure the government can take to avoid further violent.
