What undercoat do I need to prime the glass jars with so the second coat of paint doesn’t pull of the first coat? Does that make sense?😂 my paint pulls off when I’m painting my second coats

I don’t undercoat, I just do light coats and then let each coat fully dry. Just make sure the glass is really clean. Wipe down with rubbing alcohol before.
