  • Shgaga is the Torah concept for when someone does something accidentally, or by mistake. Doing something accidentally is different from doing something on purpose. Watch this animated video to learn three different Torah stories about shgaga.
This video was created in partnership with Hadar and is inspired by the Standards for Fluency in Jewish Text and Practice. The fluency standards, a joint project of Hadar and Beit Rabban Day School, are a ground-breaking educational resource that articulates a vision of Jewish fluency and understanding.
