Best 1 pan mac & cheese!

In a pan:
16 oz brick of velveeta
16oz of dry macaroni noodles
Drizzle some heavy cream
Layer of Monterey Jack cheese
Season with pepper , minced onion & salt
Add some green onion
2 cups of water (make sure noodles are covered with liquid)
Layer of sharp cheddar
Layer of mozzarella
350 for 40 minutes
Mix together
On the side,
Combine 1/2 stick of melted butter & 1 package of crushed ritz crackers & parsley
Put mixture on top of mac and cheese
Back in the oven for 10 minutes
