Tried this recipe today! Lovely taste. Just a note to others who are trying this recipe: Your cooking time will be different based on how thick or thin your pot is. In the video Varun is using a pretty thick pot for cooking the rice and then cooking the full biryani so time he is quoting might be more than what you will require! :)

This is the best mutton biryani recipe, trust me! Just that boiling the rice for 12 minutes is a bit too long, maximum 8 minutes would suffice.

The trick is not to have the right proportion of rice and mutton but the right amount of spices/yoghurt in marination of mutton.
