What a great band. Just ordered their CDs. Curiously, as a guitar player, I found myself drawn to the drummer. I really admire how he's keeping it really simple, such that the space between the beats is saying as much as the beats that he is actually playing. Brilliant drummer, in it for the music and not the glory. Excellent.
Definitely. As a guitarist who doubles on drums, how often would you love a drummer that just lays down a groove for the song like that? And leaves room for the song to sit on top of it.
I’m a drummer, in a world where you are judged by chops and most kids are obsessed with shredding it’s nice to see musical drumming. Playing for the song, loads of breathing room but holding it together like glue. That’s my kind of drumming, it’s our job after all to hold it together. That asides these 4 are absolutely class musicians.
We have to see these boys in a stadium at some point - what a BIG sound and delicious song writing - I can't get enough of this - it just makes me feel better about life in general. All Hail THE BROS!

This has it all, Little Feat, Steely Dan and is there a hint of CSNY too, plus great guitar playing with lots of space which is a rare thing these days. Luvin this band.

Solid players but not my vibe at all took until the last song before I heard something I'd wanna listen to again ....they rocked it !! Otherwise thats a big meh from me !! P.S. I don't hear any Little Feat at all in there ....been a massive Little Feat fan for over 30 years and they don't sound anything alike, they have their own vibe going on seperate from Lowell George & Paul Barrere not as funky imo.

The drummer just keeps everything so simple he is fantastic Joey Landreth has such a great voice and can handle an axe quite well!

These guys are from Louisiana, right? They have a very distinctive drumming style down there.
Little feat, the Eagles and John Mayer all rolled into 1 totally awesome band!!! these guys are seriously cool :)
