John Deere twins, best sounding tractors ever made ! You could spend 8 hours on one of these and come out far more relaxed than 8 hours behind a high revving 4 or 6 !!! Alex

My dad and I did a lot of farming with this same setup. Still have the same 730 but I have a different RWA now.

Turning with a disk in the ground will eventually ruin the tongue on the disk.

Our tongue broke where the bolt hole was. You are correct.

Making turns with a big disk in the ground is hard on the bearings

I have a John Deere 720 diesel, was my grandpa's, live to hear it run, but a D17 Allis Chalmers eats it alive, it's embarrassing

My dad has a 730 and I have a d17 as well I would agree but he does use less fuel. Gas vs gas.
