I know this is several months ago... But I'm late to the party.. I'm famous for it 😁
I started to write you via email bc something happened during the show that kinda shook me. I've NEVER experienced anything like it before.. and certainly not in the context in which it happened.
But I decided to just comment instead bc hopefully, you, or SOMEONE can please explain to me what just happened...
The very SECOND.. that Sheila started channeling & Theo spoke through her... 😱 (Still trying to sort out what I experienced) the only thing I can equate it to.. would be a slight vibration and PULLING (the pulling sensation was very prevalent) of the only way I can describe as my brain being pulled through my forehead.. towards my screen?! 😳 it wasn't painful or unpleasant at all... But it was a little bit alarming bc I've never had that particular sensation.. AT ALL... EVER. I wasn't concerned or fearful.. more .. confused about what was happening.. but listening to every word at the same time I was experiencing.. whatever that was?!? Towards the end of Theo speaking.. the sensation had expanded from only my forehead.. to just where my cheekbones start but no further..
The only thing I can do to give you a better picture is.. imagine you're a child.. you're in a glass room & you see your Mom or Dad walking toward you and you've not saw them in what felt like forever. How excited you would be.. like you are banging & leaning on the glass to get to them and they just can't get to you fast enough?! Idk hopefully that didn't confuse you more. But can ANYONE offer me an explanation of what I just experienced??! Please!? 🙏❤️

I've seen Abraham and Bashar channeled live, and I had the same thought. They are either legit, or the most amazing performers you will ever witness in real time. It's so impossible. Abraham, uses no contractions, no ums, no stammering, no blunders for hours. And no question trips them up. The concepts don't conflict with things they have said before, no shaming or blame, the consistency is mind blowing. And sometimes you'll be thinking something, and it gets answered without asking.
I found that reading the Seth material years ago. The consistency of message, book after book, session after session was remarkable.
They also don't giggle I've noticed. Not like Esther does when she speaks.

One remarkable shift after sitting multiple 10 day meditation retreats is that I am letting go of any preconceived timeframe for change in myself and others. I realized there is no time table to impose, that my desire for immediate change / improvement in myself and loved ones isn't helpful. I go to a Christian church I think it's Church of God. We all have our own journey as I said. I've had paralysis too at times it is scary. I stay very still now bc I have reaccuring dreams now. They're a little upsetting but maybe I'm being healed I have sciatica so ...maybe. this program has been great!! I'll continue to listen til the end now thank you!
I also was delivering my second her name is Brittany she is very strong they told me later that I needed to or should have had a blood transfusion but for some reason they didn't give it to me and I was bleeding a lot. But I never really complain to my doctor was new I think I was her first patient and boy did she get an education on things that can happen and things that can't go wrong but as soon as I saw my daughter I was so excited. I wasn't nervous but I looked you ng.
Love these conversations. I had an OBE about 6 months ago and I too was in a busy trance and it occurred while I was sleeping. Saw my spirit/soul rise above my physical body and heard a male voice who kept saying to me “what is your secret desire and we are here to help” with this brilliant white light that surrounded me and I felt at complete peace and love. It was amazing and wish for it to happen again.

I am gathering that much of these "astral travel" experiences that I am having along with various symbol messages are helping me to grow and expand my inner self to bring forth what I already know is true about my divinity as Sheila Gillette stated in her messages.

Be cautious with these OOBE's. When your Astral body lifts out and goes on these...excursions...that is when you are susceptible to the evil of this world to step in and wreak havoc with your soul. I have learned to never let my Astral body leave my physical body. Just a cautionary statement here.

Shelia is a beautiful soul who deserves our respect and admiration. I'm trying to get over some trauma and to be reminded that our challenges are our purpose here has helped me relax and not see myself as a victim. That experiences are not done to us but for Our good.
This channelling really resonated. I was only thinking things happen for us not to us when the exact message came from Theo. When challenges happen to us instead of thinking why does this always happen to me? We need to ask what is the lesson in this situation. If a challenge continues to arise time after time there is definitely a lesson you aren't seeing. Such has bad relationships- why do the same set of circumstances occur with different people. It's time to try and set the emotion aside and ask yourself some serious questions. What is it that draws me to these people? Is it a reflection of past family relationships ? Challenges come to teach us something and they're are meant to come to pass not to stay so if you can learn to look at them from a different perspective it will make life easier - you don't see yourself as a victim rather you can start to see yourself as the student!! 😊

I heard an angel messenger say today, that we're in an energetically split world - the unaware and the aware - 4th and 5th 'dimensions', and simply must deal with it and learn how to choose the lighter way and expect that. Theo said that 5th dimension surrounds the planet. I can imagine both those perspectives are correct, because the awakened ones are all over the world (along with the unawakened). We're all meshed in together (existing simultaneously, but perceiving a different 'reality' / experiences.
It would be amazing if you could please ask these channelers and those who have had NDE’s about diet. I’ve heard so many NDEers say they went vegan when they came back and no one ever asks why! I would love for you to ask a channeler if there is a superior human diet or does it not even matter 🌱 and find out why some who have had NDEs change their diet 😊

This is beautiful ❤Sheila channels the Archangels therefore her messages and teachings has a much different complexity to an Ascended Masters channel who channels messages of past life, karmic debt, karmic lessons, letting go of karmic relationships, working through trauma, facing fear by not running away from it etc. Sheila could've surpassed the teachings and vibration of the Ascended Master's to reach the Archangels - perhaps. As she says it's about the message and not the fame ot name of the being who said it.

It is impressive to see how youthful channels' bodies are. She is almost 80 and looks like someone who is in her early 50s. The same thing for another channel named Daryl Anka who channels Bashar, he is also in his 70s but he looks impressively youthful, like someone in his late 40s. One of the positive side effects of Authentic and genuine channeling is that, the life force of Higher entities that are being channeled runs in your body, and if you are doing it very frequently, it will keep your physical body very youthful.

Hi, Alex. When you get a chance to ask someone, one thing that I would like to understand is this idea of the body/brain acting as a veil that prohibits us from remembering things from the other side.
Many people have claimed that our souls leave the body at certain times (e.g. when we sleep at night, as babies or during coma etc.), however, we do not have any memory of those trips. Yet, when people have out-of-body experiences or astral projection, they are able to remember? Why? What's the difference?
Like, how does a person with amnesia forget who they are, but then remember how to get home every night, then forget everything all over again? If our brain is acting like a dimmer switch that gets dimmer when our brains enter a specific state, then why doesn't this switch work when we elect to experience out-of-body or other spiritual trips?
If the body is acting as a veil of amnesia, how does our soul even know that we can leave the body at night? I assume that once our body/brain enters a deep state, that the veil is able to drop (or weaken), allowing certain things to happen, such as with OBE's and meditation, but it seems to me that there may be some kind of selective amnesia or choice that may be taking place regarding what we allow ourselves to remember.
It's strange to think about, that a part of our soul energy or higher self is always doing things on the other side and seems to have an awareness at all times, but that we do not have access to any of that until we leave our bodies (or weaken the veil)...like, who is making the decisions then? How can a part of me be aware and active, yet I have no knowledge or memory of that?
Will we ever be able to remember what our soul has been doing all of this time while we are sleeping? Does the soul leave the body at night and just remember everything all of a sudden and then choose to block those memories each night that it returns to the body? It's very confusing. Thanks.
Hi I myself am not sure if I am channelling as I turn to someone and say what I need to say. I hear a message within me pursuing me to speak. It comes as an urge and I start to move which in my case I do the tantra dance. At this moment I have no idea too between trance and channelling is what I am going through. Again I hear voice that calls me at night . I see a tall person and I have seen light. Sometimes, I have no idea between the energy that comes to me . The latest is laughing away with total happiness iny meditation class
Mostly, it happens strongly the urge to speak to someone without my planning. I am still leaving to possibilities and Alex's podcast helps me a lot to discover my experiences. Yes confusing until you yourself go through it then you wonder who you are that is beyond all that you know .

So this is the Theo I heard of when I began listening to Ester Hicks in 2007. It only took 15 years! I don’t listen to Abraham Hicks much these days but they definitely opened the door a bit wider and I am thankful for that.

Oh my goodness thank you for channeling T. You're info is what my guides have been teaching me also. I started doing healing with my guides and it has been very interesting. This is good information and knowledge and perfectly tallies with Jane Roberts /Seth - channeling s- her books were published in the 1970’s: terms such as belief systems; multidimensionality all familiar to those of us who attended her classes- myself starting in 1970. And others in the mid to late 60’s/ so surprise ! -there lots of us who have been familiar with this type of info- and have been working with these ideas for decades, by the way- I consider Jane Roberts as the greatest mystic of the 20th century , she coined the phrase : “You create your own reality” - it has been noted that she began the so called “New Age”- Sheila’s info is highly important and I am excited to learn of it- there are many others as well espousing these ideas - it shows that there is an evolution of consciousness happening on the planet
