The best way to do so would be to convert the array to a named range or an official Excel table. Every time you add a column in an official excel table, the reference changes automatically to include new rows/columns. Alternately if you are using named ranges, you can just increase the array size in the named range. Doing it individually in each function will take a lot of time.

Hello Declan, I am glad that this video helped. The problem might be with the pivot table filters. Click select all and this will make sure that any new entries are also added in the pivot. Let me know if this helped :)

I have a database of contacts and would like to produce a daily list of contacts from the database of tasks on a separate to-do-list to include the contacts name, phone numbers and several other bits of information. Ideally I would like to type a contact name in and all the relevant entries would automatically be added to the to-do-lit in a single row until I have a list of contact names with their details in each row. There surely is! You can use a pivot of the data and then check the due dates against today(). Use an IF function in the list for anything

That's also a great idea. You can also use a PIVOT table or filter function to make such dashboards.
